My wife brought a Peugeot 207 from Lymedale Motors and had loads of trouble with it phoned and told them about it they didn't want to know .cost over £500 to put right not happy would not use them again.
I bought as Vauxhall Astra from here back in August. Up to now I have had no issues with it at all. It was clean and in very good condition and a good price. The dealers were brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a BMW from here back in August. The car was clean and in good shape and the dealers were helpful. The car was not a bad price and up to now I have had no major issues with it. The service was good but nothing particularly stood out to me about it.

I brought a ford fiesta from them on the12/11/16 everything was going fine until I got to the petrol station up the road the car went into limp mode,so I returned to the dealership and told them what was wrong.a member of their team was straight onto a mechanic and wouldn't let me go until the car was running fine ,the mechanic did a full check and found out in needed a new battery .new battery fitted at no extra charge. The car is working fine now and would recommend this dealership to everyone I found everyone at dealership very professional.Thanks guys.
very happy with everything. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia from here back in July. The car was clean and in very good condition and I have had no issues with it what is what so ever up to now. the dealers have been very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Good Morning, On the 7th October we visited your Newcastle branch and viewed a number of cars for my partner, eventually she test drove and chose a renault megane scenic. I paid £100 deposit to secure the vehicle whilst necessary work was done to it that myself and the sales person, highlighted at point of sale. These issues were a parking brake fault, an oil leak and the radio code. The sales person assured me he had given me the best price and that the boss had changed all the prices that day to ensure the best deals, so I agreed to the price. Problem 1. I got home to find the car on the website over £100 less, so feeling not too happy at this point I called the sales person who agreed to reduce the price that he assured me 'was the best price he could do' Problem 2. We collected the car 2 days later than they told us it would be ready and despite numerous calls to the branch and promises of a call back, they never did. After having the car no more than 24 hours the parking brake fault returned, please bare in mind this vehicle transports my 3 year old son and it is unacceptable to sell a car in this condition. Rather than fixing the issue with the park brake, the error message had just been cleared. Problem 3. For over a week my partner has called every day to arrange this being sorted, only to be told there are no courtesy cars available, we'll call you back. Guess what, no call backs! There are over 200 cars on the forecourt as advertised on their website, but no cars available for courtesy vehicles? Very strange. My partner loved this car, I also was going to purchase a Mercedes from them but the service of Lymedale Motors has been so bad I couldn't consider buying again, let alone referring anyone else to buy from you! Absolute joke of a company. I'll get my money back, just make sure they dont get yours!!
This company is definitely all about money and bad service as well as false advertising. I recently brought a car from there under false pretences. I was told before purchasing the car that it had full service history by both the advertisement and the sales man Gary. As soon as I handed over the money it was as if I didn't matter anymore. Instead of a log book I was given a plastic wallet full of reciepts! He then went on trying to belittle me in saying that they were a log book, sexist. He would not have spoken to a man the way Gary spoke to me. He was rude and I will be taking this complaint further. Now I've been charged an extra £20 from a ford garage to get a radio code all because lymedale motors can't advertise their cars properly. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I purchased a Mini One from this dealership in May. it was a really good price and it runs really well now that the brakes have been sorted which took less than 24 hours. I am very happy and would recommend Lymedale Motors.

Do not trust these people. They promise a refundable £100 deposit for holding a car, which looks great on their website. In reality car is appalling !! When they promise a refund, it doesn't happen. Having to go through MasterCard to claim back the transaction. Do not trust this company, definitely not recommended.

Custemer Service fine and as i found a fault whch was just a srvice light, they are going to resolve the problem for me and give car a basic service. I pick up car on sunday 19th June I will do another review in 3 months based on customer service , the car Warenty etc. as just brought car. it will all be fine.
