I agree with last comment. I feel I’ve been scammed by M&H Motors. Again an insignia... lovely car, decent mileage, drove off. Problems Few weeks down the line. Ended up costing a fortune to fix. Almost as much as I paid for car. Be very careful!!!!

Having bought a Vauxhall insignia for m and h motors everything seemed fine , looked round a car test drove seemed fine , left a deposit then fetched the car a week later we’ll within 6 days of me having the car the turbo has gone and having rung them to see what they would do they wasn’t interested. Making out that he doesn’t know what parts even had a member of staff from the car garage I took it too speak to him and he’s acting dumb on the phone to him. Do not buy from this place was late both times Aswell car wasn’t ready to go on arrival to take it home very bad car dealer Please don’t make the same mistake as me and be left with a big payout to fix the car Please avoid Nothing but con artists !!!!!!!!!

Having made contact to ask about the Fiat Croma, I specifically asked if there was anything wrong with the car. I had checked the MOT and mileage history already. He said the only thing wrong was a barely noticeable scratch on the drivers door and that it needed 2 new front tyres which he will replace. I paid a deposit and told him we had to travel from Bournemouth to collect the car. So he knew how far we had to come. Upon arrival, the car was clearly not as described. More scratches then suggested and the 'barely noticeable' mark on the drivers door was in fact a result of it being keyed which went right across to the rear door. The rear bumper was in a right state as was the interior. Dirty oily marks everywhere. All over the leather and switchgear. If selling a car, surely its sensible to clean all of that? I instantly checked the sunroof as advised on the Croma forum. It jammed straight away and wouldn't close. Clearly the motor. No matter how many times I said it was the motor, the response was 'no it isn't' (treating me like an idiot). They took 40 mins to close it!! Then I checked the boot and that wouldn't open either. It would on the key fob, but not direct. Finally, the engine management light was on. If he had told me that alone when i enquired, i wouldn't have wasted nearly £300 in train tickets for the day. The lies continued. "The engine light is nothing, just exhaust gasses'. I don't care what the cause is, it should either be stated in the advert or FIXED. He also lied as to how many there were on UK roads. Sure it is a rare car but I had already checked and there are 47 of that exact automatic model on UK roads. He kept saying 3. Finally, when i enquired, I put in an offer and he said "I cannot take an offer as I will lose on the car". When all the problems were so blindingly clear, he must have thought because we had travelled so far, we would take the car, so when i said no way, he started to make ridiculous offers to pretty much give the car away. The total opposite of what he said on the phone. He was clearly desperate to get shot of it. So the day cost us a lot but buying it would have cost me even more. He thought he could take me for an idiot. Sorry fella. Be very aware of this seller. The only plus point was that he did give us our £200 deposit back immediately without fuss. We can only imagine what further problems were lurking that we couldn't see. The ones we could see were bad enough!
