I brought my first car from m car sales and was told the wrong price to start with told the issues with the car had been fixed only to realise later nothing had been fixed went to pick the car up 3 times waited around and was told each time it wasnt ready after being told over the phone it was. nothing but problems with this company from start to finish would highly recommend looking else were there is something dodgy going on here with m car sales and the car garage opposite. I now have to spend a few hundred fixing the car myself due to there poor customer service.

Bought a BMW 3 GT in July 2019, sold as Full Service History but this hasn't turned out to be true, no proof has been given and it seems the car was miss sold. Was also promised a second key but this hasn't been done either.
I'd avoid M Cars along with the owner Geoff Wilkinson there is something not right.

Brought a BMW one series from M Cars and the car was superb, Geoff was superb to deal with and nothing was a problem. Seamless on the paperwork and everything was no hassle. Superb dealership. Myself and a mate have brought cars from Geoff and they have been superb. Car was like brand new and incredibly clean. Very very happy customer and I’d recommend anyone to use M Cars. Not often you can find a car dealership with the kind of level of service you get here.

Found our purchase through Autotrader and it brought us to M Cars. I can’t fault the service we had from Geoff to enable us to purchase our vehicle. Even when he was on holiday in Tenerife he made time to assist us in our purchase. The car is exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for such a smooth and quick purchase Geoff you are a star!

First class service, from start to finish. With clear communication both on the phone and email, nothing was a problem or an issue.
I collected the vehicle after 5pm the car was is top showroom condition, just ready for me to drive away.
The complete process was seamless, I would recommend Geoff & MCars to anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle.
We will definitely be using Them for my wife’s nex vehicle.

Had a full inspection carried out by the RAC on a BMW Z4 M grey (YC07 X**). RAC report come back with numerous issues including previous accident to the front. Vehicle was not safe to test drive by RAC mechanic as per report. Asked for a full refund from M Cars as car was misdescribed but told to clear off. Happy to share RAC report with any interested party.

Oh dear doesn’t make for a good read .
We are happy for any of our clients or new potential clients to arrange any
Independent inspections they may desire,all our vehicles are hand picked by myself and all cars and vans
Are available for any extra viewing or inspections upon request
As explained to this client it is at his cost we are happy to help whoever arrives to complete the inspection as best we can
This client at no point signed a legally binding order or paid any kind of deposit this said we were more than happy to help...even though currently we had no commitment and the car wasn’t sold.
The inspection was due for a Saturday morning,to get ahead we delivered the car to our preparation centre for MOT,unfortunately the vehicle failed it’s MOT due to corroded brake pipes,we take any advisory items or MOT failure seriously,the car was booked in for the following Monday for the brake pipe completion and re test.
We explained to the RAC tester that he couldn’t test drive safely but was more than welcome to do any other checks he wished,if he wanted to drive we recommended slowly!!!
He completed the viewing and waved goodbye saying “nice car”
The brake pipes were completed the Monday and the MOT retested passing with no advisory
The gentleman who had ordered the inspection then called to say it was dangerous and had evidence of front end damage 🙈
The front bumper had been painted to remove unsightly stone chips and it now had a clean passed12 month MOT not bad for a 12 year old 100k vehicle!!!
A client called the following Thursday paid screen price bought the car signed an order paid in full and after driving back to London called me
To express happiness with his purchase he also commented “one of the nicest he had seen”
I select all vehicles personally,they are all HPI clear usually accompanied with a full service history ..
Whilst used car dealers have a poor name be assured we will look after you throughout your purchase to your collection and onward via our service centre

I bought a 330 diesel m sport BMW in November from M Cars. The car was a great spec, sensibly priced and prepared to in my opinion a high standard. I drove it away the same day!

Very good local dealership, I would highly recommend. I purchased a BMW 330 from here in July. The car was in perfect condition when I received it and up to now I have had n issues with it at all. The car is amazing value for money.

I bought a Van from M Cars back in April. The service was really good! I had an issue with the clutch but this was repaired straight away. Only issue was with trying to get documents off the dealer after the purchase that I had to keep chasing up but other than that I can't complain.
