Tried to tell us we'd already been in to look for a car for our sister and had our car valued for part exchange - haven't even got a sister@ Not interested in giving us any part exchange so we came away without the lovely car we'd fallen in love with. Always been very impressed here, but just don't bother here now!

I can guarantee this is not a bogus review. We have purchased cars from you before, and been very happy with the whole experience. This visit was very disappointing and upsetting. We were genuine customers who came away without our new dream car, feeling that your staff couldn't be bothered and didn't want our custom!!! Unfortunately this is NOT a bogus review - I only post reviews when I feel a firm truly deserves them, whether for extremely good or EXTREMELY BAD service!!•
