Unacceptable experience. Mercedes S with serious electric and mechanic issues. They confirmed the servicing booklet of the car, but the car ha never made a servicing in a Mercedes Car delar. Don' t trust them

Hello , thanks for taking time out to leave a review. We are very surprised at the 1 star review when we explained an export vehicle is not covered by our uk based warranty so could not provide any details for the warranty. In regards to the faults we do a pdi and furthermore our transport company did a full check and handed the vehicle over in perfect working order to your collection agent and the vehicle was driven 2000 miles across Europe. We did receive a report which was in another language and the authenticity of the report was questionable so we offered a full refund or repair which was rejected by yourself. Once our legal team got involved to verify the evidence sent we received threats of negative reviews etc to pay for the unverified faults. Many Thanks M i Carz Ltd
We recently bought a Tesla Model S from Ibby at M I Carz. From the first phone call, he was very knowledgeable about all things to do with the Teslas, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was also very responsive to the myriad of questions i was throwing at him, as a Tesla is not a straightforward purchase by any stretch. The nitty gritty of the deal was very fair indeed with a good p/ex for my Vauxhall Ampera. Come the day of the handover everything was handled professionally and friendly. No issues whatsoever. I can highly recommend Ibby and MI Carz as a trustowrthy and honourable dealer.

I am very happy with my Audi A8 from M I carz! I have had it for a while now and i have had no issues with it at all. It was clean and in good shape when I got it and it was a very good price. The dealers were super helpful and friendly and I would recommend them.
