about 9 months after buying a car from mjs there has been non stop issues with it (standard garage would give 12 months warranty but they didnt) so thats issue number one. Then when i have taken it to a garage they have said they dont believe it was serviced before i brought the car, which i was assured it was. I am not receiving attitude filled emails from Laura saying that 'i gave everything at handover its not my fault if you lost it' which is extremely unhelpful and rude. i dont understand why no record of work they've done is kept, really dodgy and unorganised if you ask me, and rude. such an unhelpful person. won't be using them again.
i bought the car it only had one key,i should of asked my fault i didnt ask no problem i thought i can get one after ringing the locksmith its going to cost over 200 pounds feel sad i have to spend extra 200 plus pound its a very nice car and am pleased with it they are lovely people but think they should of told me before i bought it still you live and learn

Needed a car in a hurry - went to MJ Autos saw the car I wanted the girls in the office Laura and Michelle sorted the details out for me so that the car was ready and waiting for me the day after I saw it. Couldnt ask for nicer people and the car is just what I needed and is in great condition. Thank you all you saved the day xx

Once finance was sorted. I was in contact with MJ Autos to arrange collection. Due to distance I traveled with my partner by train. At the local station a staff member picked us up and taken us to the dealership. Staff were polite, chatty & easy going. Happy with the service they provided and happy with my motor.

Lovely family run business, Laura was excellent and very friendly. She even posted our CD to us that we had forgotten about in our old car we traded in. Definately would recommend MJ Autos and use again.
