Very disappointed with M & J Autos. They sold me a vehicle which has a failed turbo, full of scratches which have been coloured over by a child , failed battery no service since 2012 and a lot of major diagnostic report faults, too many to mention. Paid full price for a vehicle that has no service history and no chance of driving it to test it as the fore court is bumper to bumper with cars and my Car was bang in the middle of the yard. Notified the garage straight away but have no help since September. I’ve paid over £700 for all repairs and materials up to now, they’ve offered to buy a turbo and they got the cheapest second hand one from eBay without gaskets. An independent garage has taken of the heat Shield of the turbo to find it has had work down on it recently, 2 x heat bolts were missing from the turbo and the turbo had seized due to oil starvation hence no service history. please avoid this garage if you have any sense and don’t be fooled by there small talk. P.s make sure you have 5 star warranty as I’ve found out without it your not covered for anything!!!! Please be warned I’ve had a terrible experience with This car and I’m seeking legal representation as I’ve collated all documents since September which I have a case.

Hi have just bought a car from same dealer and have loads issues, told them tracking needs doing and they said forgot so gave me £30 to get it done. When I got home had it checked found out needs new shocks wishbone and wheel hub on top of that the rear axel is bent if you could contact me with as I’m taking them to court and trading standards
Do not buy a car from M & J Autos under any circumstances. Had an attitude. Terrible after sales service, they do not want to know.

I had a very positive experience with M & J Autos today. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and I’m really happy with my car.
Deliberately diverted focus from misaligned headlight due to a twisted chassis sustained from a front end collision. Expert has told me the fan and horn aren't working either and the engine is leaking oil. Got a quote of £3500 for the repairs minus the engine leak for a car I've spent £8500 on. Everytime i phone in im told the manager who deals with refunds is not and will get back to me. You should should be careful dealing with these people. They are dishonest

Very good customer service, M & J Autos really go the extra mile to accommodate the customer and make sure that they are satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for any one who is looking for a new car.

You actually own this and reviewing your own crap company who sell cars with so many mechinical defects and dont give us the customer our money back. Total scum.
I brought a Renault Clio cup from them about 6 months ago, from the start they seemed really dodgy! And unprofessional. They advertised the car as 2 owners and and with full service history then I was told a few days later they didn't have any history for the car which is false advertisement also had a fresh mot onit. Then I was told it had to go for another mot, it failed on 6 things then tried to charge me another £400 to put everything right. Then when I got the v5 through I was the 5 owner, when I tried to ring them up about this situation they blocked my number. I then sold the car 2 days later, please don't buy anything from m & j Autos
I bought a BMW from here back in July. The car was reasonably priced and in good condition and I have had no major issues with it. The dealers were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership they were okay.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these guys!! They sold me a faulty car with various issues. On the very same day I bought it, I noticed a strange sound coming from the engine, amongst other things. When I took it back, they tried to convince me it was just a fan noise. It was a cat D car but they had said it had a few small repairs to the bonnet so nothing to worry about and the hpi check didn't give much info. They tried to repair it and when I got it back a week later (after they said mechanics would check everything to be sure) , it wouldn't start the following day. I had to call the breakdown people who said there might be an intermittant electrical fault. When I told the dealer,they refused to believe it had more issues. I then had to get an independent vehicle inspection report done (as I could no longer trust what they said) which showed a RIDICULOUS number of pre-exsting faults. They refused to acknowledge this and were refusing to give me a refund. Even though it was only a week later. They were extremely unhelpful and thought I was an idiot. Long story short, I had to contact trading standards and the consumer advice people who were really helpful. I needed to know what my consumer rights were. I had to threaten the dealers with taking them to a small claims court. I had to keep calling them and emailing them and recording my conversations. They still tried to charge me a "refund fee" which was utter rubbish. In the end, I managed to get a refund and just let them keep the bogus "admin fee". They never wanted to admit they had sold me a car with so many pre-existing faults even with the independent report for proof. They were extremely unhelpful and it was a real fight to get my refund. The older guy was very rude and patronising. It was a compelete NIGHTMARE and I can only hope people read this and don't buy anything from them. If it seems to be good to be true, it DEFINITELY is!!
