Found my 15mth old CBR1100XX battery to be dead/unable to retain charge the afternoon before a 4 day trip. Rang M&S at 4pm - they had a replacement in stock - arrived at 4.45pm just before they were shutting shop - stayed open until 5.15pm to fit battery (Norman senior) - very competitive price too . Yes, I’ve been a customer for over 40yrs, but this was a “trip saving” gesture by all the guys. Big thanks 👍 Ash.

I've used M&S Motorcycles in the past and they are first class, I've never had any problems and they always bend over backwards to help me out. They sorted absolutely everything, the bike was valeted, gleaming and is a beautiful machine. They have always been above and beyond and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Couldn't of asked for more from M and S Motorcycles, they delivered the motorbike that I purchased literally from the other end of the country and this was 2 and a half hours earlier than expected. I have now owned it a few months and it runs sweet as a dream The service at this motorbike dealer was fantastic.
