This is an extremely dodgy company. Worst experience of my life. A big con! They have their business under different names. Now operating under 'Woking Motor Group'. We bought a car from them. We were promised MOT and servicing. However nothing transpired. no document given for servicing. Lied about everything. The car wasn't valeted and serviced as promised. We were even charged extra 200 for this. Wanted our money back within the two week period since car developed serious faults but they refused. The company has been been reported to Trading standards agency. We sent them numerous emails and letters with regards to the car but no response from the company. I'm astonished how this business is still running. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND COMPLETE SWINDLERS! If I had a choice I would give them nil star for all four categories. If only we had gone through these reviews before our purchase!

Patricia Browne in response to Fraudsters!!!! BEWARE
Did you ever resolve this issue as they have done a runner and stolen my car?
When i brought a mini from M3 Motors, i was promised a fresh MOT, the car to be checked over and a service. When i returned to collect the car because they said it was ready, the MOT was a month old, the car was not checked, because the cap on the engine hadn't be replaced like i asked, and when i pulled the dip stick out, it didn't have fresh oil in it so it had not had a service. So when i pointed this out, he said they would service it, but i live a hour and half drive away and i wasn't going to travel all that way again. So i said that i would get a garage where i live to service it and send him the bill, which they agreed. But when i sent a bill up to them, they said they couldn't pay that, then after a while, they agreed to give me £120 back, so i asked them to do a bank transfer, and all of a sudden, the bank would not let them do that. 5 weeks later, i had enough, so i drove all the way up there and confronted them, and all of a sudden the bank transfer worked, its a miracle.

M3 Motors no longer exist at the Old Saw Mill address. The 2 directors of the company Ali Redha and Mohammed Hassan have since opened 2 new companies trading from this address, Bisley Motors (knaphill Motor Group) and SZ Car Sales. Same People, Same Cars, and same business ethic!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, and be very wary of the validity of all of the glowing reviews on other sites!
Do not deal with M3 Motors or J West, they are fraudsters! Reported to police, trading standards, citizens advice, motor ombudsman, companies house. Bank accounts now frozen due to Fraud.
Exasperated in response to Fraudsters
Hi,how did you discover that the accounts are frozen as we are also waiting for promised refund that hasn’t materialised yet.Company has filed for dissolution on 2nd July.....
Charles Venning in response to Fraudsters
M3 Motors/J. West has applied to dissolve the company, but Companies House has delayed its application until October 2019. The company is currently subject to several County Court judgements and at least one High Court writ, by people resorting to law to get back money from being sold cars that were duds. The directors ultimately ignore e-mails, letters and phone calls and even fail to answer County Court summonses and turn up for hearings before a judge. They reply on defrauded customers eventually giving up attempts to get faulty cars repaired or obtain refunds. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Companies house has since stopped M3 being struck off, but both of the directors have since resigned from the company, and they have changed the business address within Companies house!! They make a mockery of the whole system, and rip off honest people without a care in the world. They have changed the name to Bisley Motors, but still the one of the directors from M3. There is also another car dealers registered at the same address SZ Car sales, that the other director has opened. DO NOT deal with them!
Cari in response to Fraudsters
M3 Motors trading as J West Autos ignored our Court Judgement to pay. According to Companies House Both directors are now trading at the same site as J West Autos but under two different company names - Knaphill Motor Group Ltd and SZ Car Sales Ltd. M3 Motors is now registered to another address - Raans Road, Amersham, HP6 6JY with Sherko Barazani as company director. Not sure if this actually exists, particularly as there is no building name or number registered.

I have questioned the validity of the address with companies house and how they verify it is correct as agree the postcode is for an industrial estate, however there is no unit number! awaiting their response! I applied to companies house to stop the strike, and then companies house don't have any authority to stop them resigning and changing the business address. Joke! Innocent people suffer because there is no law to cover us!
Wish I’d of read all these reviews before I went to M3 Motors! I have ad so many issues I could write an essay! They agreed to pay and amount for my car and told me the payment had been made an would arrive in 3 days! It didn’t! This happened on 3 different occasions until they told me they ad stopped the payment and made up a list of things that were wrong with my car, however I found out they’d sold it after a few days of me handing it over because I got a speeding ticket through my door! When they did finally put the payment through after me continuously calling and harassing, it was short £211!!! Not only that, I brought a car from them for £1400 and now it has so many issues with it after 5 weeks it’s pretty much a write off! The guy seemed so nice when I went there, what a great actor he is. Please do not put yourself in the same situation, they are awful, untrustworthy people!!!

Cam Griffiths in response to Con artists
Couldn't agree more with this. Complete idiots. Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. 2 months after buying the car, i had 3 warning lights, and last night the turbo blew. They used to trade under the name "J West motors", however this is now none existent. However, Sam (the lying sales assistant) has the same number on both J west, and m3 motors (and its the same address) yet he claims he has never worked for J west, Currently going through trading standards and court, so these con-artists cant rip anyone else off!!
Sue in response to Con artists
Cam Griffiths, they are in the process of applying to be struck off of companies house for M3 Motors (they were J West for a while and Now seems to be Bisley Motors) if you are planning to take them to court, please contact companies house to advise them, to stop them being struck off, this is what I am having to do, once they have changed their name, I don't believe we can do anything!
Cari in response to Con artists
If there a particular form or template we can use to contact Companies House?
Anonymous in response to Con artists
Carl, go onto their website there is an email address for you to contact companies house - enquiries@companieshouse.gov.uk. I also received this from companies house regarding my complaint to them! If your complaint involves the conduct of a company or its officers, you should contact the Insolvency Service. The Insolvency Service is an executive agency of the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Their company investigations team can investigate limited companies where there’s a suggestion of corporate abuse. It carries out a range of activities supporting fair and open markets and, where necessary, takes steps to safeguard those markets from companies and individuals whose conduct isn’t in the public interest. This may include serious misconduct, fraud, scams or sharp practice in the way a company operates. To complain about a limited company that is still trading: https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-a-limited-company Alternatively you can write to: Intelligence Hub Investigations and Enforcement Services Insolvency Service 3rd Floor Cannon House 18 Priory Queensway Birmingham B4 6FD or telephone 0300 678 0017 There has to be a way for these people to be accountable for their actions!
Do not go near M3 Motors. They say cars are MOT’d and Serviced when they are quite clearly not. Sold me a car last year that had a blowout after 1 week, the tyres were older than the car, turns out no hazard lights either and the part needed in excess of £1000 so after just one year probably going to have to lose the car. No consideration for customer safety whatsoever, a bunch of lier’s and thieves!
NEVER EVER USE M3 MOTORS. THEY ARE LIARS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 6 MONTHS FOR A HANDLE THAT WAS MISSING ON A 107. THEY PROMISED ME DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY IT WOULD COME. THEY LIED. I MUST HAVE CALLED THEM TEN TIMES A DAY TO ASK WHERE MY HANDLE WAS AND EVERY TIME THEY LIED. I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Travelled over an hour to view a car this morning. The car looked nothing like what was advertised on the site...dirty, scratches, and mould all around the interior. The adverts placed by M3 Motors are nothing short of false advertising and the garage is clearly in a state of decline. No real salesman as such other than a couple of guys washing a car. Save yourself a trip if you are seriously considering this so called dealer.
Bought a car from Adam at m3 motors 2 months ago only to find it is completely riddled with issues! These men know how to pull a trick on their customers and I'm ashamed to say they did it on us. When our car broke down and we needed to use the warranty we were sold with the car, we had noticed that Adam had discreetly changed the term of agreement from 12 months to 3. Genuinely we had so many issues when dealing with this man and this company that it is not worth the stress. Don't give them your money.
Bought car from M3 Motors only to find mechanical repair was overdue. Rang garage and was told could not help and that I should write in to directors! After many emails backwards and forwards I threatened legal action. At that point I got repair done. When I collected the car 8 days later!! It had no fuel and according to mileometer had done nearly 100 miles. On inspection by another garage it was found that a main bolt was floating around under gearbox. Reported this to garage who said "go to Motor Ombudsman" Totally devoid of any help whatsoever. What I got I had to fight for. Making own arrangements now as cannot trust them to remedy my concerns. Also car advertised with a year's MOT but in fact only got barely 8 months.
