Me and my wife bought a Vauxall Astra from M3 Motors. The process was fast and efficient. After 6 days my vehicle had an oil leak. I did not want to return the car. I arranged delivery to their local garage and they repaired it. I collected and there are no major issues. They are genuinely helpful and don't run away from their responsibilities.

Bought a car from M3 Motors for my daughter, sold to us by Adam, very charming in first instance. Was told the car would be serviced, full years MOT, fully valeted, the car would look like new when we picked it up. I told them we couldn’t pick the car up till the weekend, arrived to collect the car on the Saturday, no sign of Adam, guy called Alex was there, had no idea we were coming to collect the car! The car hadn’t been valeted and the small dent hadn’t been repaired, we were told it would be. Alex seemed to think we should have been grateful the MOT and service had been done! Took the car with a promise that we took it back on the Tuesday at 10am ‘sylvester’ (the guy Alex called to arrange for the dent to be done, in my presence) would be there to do the dent. No one arrived, my daughter waited till 11am, no sign of ‘sylvester’ or anyone from M3 Motors. These guys give second hand car dealers a bad name, excuse given for no one being there was that there had been a bad accident and one of the staff members had broken both his legs! I think sylvester must have been in the same accident as he didn’t arrive either.

Hi Majorly, we are very sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with us. It’s not our normal standard of service. To clarify, Alex was aware of the matter and he did call our car body repair specialist to book a mutual date and time to repair the dent. We explained that we do not offer a premium same-day service. We apologies once again for the misunderstanding and if we can help with anything in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Hi I think this feedback is fake as if you look at the star rating for price of car he put 1 star of it was bad I assume you would not buy the car right I would like this feedback to be removed as this feedback is fake and I hate fake feedback just so he can get attention
Purchased a car from m3 motors months a go. It's been brilliant purchase so happy with the performance of the car. Adam great guy to deal with gave me few options on the point of sale. Took his advice now I have a amazing car to drive everyday would recommend.

I bought a mini cooper in september 2018 from M3 motors. When i first went to view the vehicle the staff were very welcoming and respectful and provided me with a great and unforgettable service. I was extremely happy with the condition of the car and recieved everything i was promised on the phone. Adam even kindly offered me a cold cup of water. I am genuinely very pleased with the immaculate state i recieved the car and would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a clean and reliable vehicle.
