This is the third car I have had from M3 Motors & I would not consider ever going anywhere else.Excellent customer service - sales staff are friendly and efficient - no hard selling. Excellent discounts on annual servicing with added breakdown cover. This company certainly values customer loyalty, which I have never experienced with any other used car dealership.

I bought a car from M3 Motors they made promises and they didn't comply any of them, awful customer services, car with a lot of problems they didn't help in nothing, you have to chase them to help you out, never buy a car from them it's a huge mistake...I even express my frustation they aren't professionals at all.

Contacted them three times about the second key (as per the advertisement)and an indicator lens for the Astra we bought after being promised that it'll be sent - told it was in hand but alas,nearly 6 weeks after purchase ,Postman Pat appears to have lost the parcel. Adam and Alex are genuinely brilliant! I would encourage anyone who needs a quality used car to give M3 Motors a call. I have had bad experiences of used cars in the past and was really nervous about starting again but Adam and Alex were so friendly and approachable from the start, they really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy. I am thrilled with my Merc and the help I have received. Thank you guys so much!

we have received an excellent car from M3 motors, Not let down at all, There was nothing we could complain about. It was a great service throughout the process.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a Mini Cooper for my daughter's 17th birthday from M3 Motors, and found that the car's Power Steering Pump failed just 4 weeks after buying the car. In fact, she was driving the car with me in the passenger seat at the time and lost power steering only to leer across towards on-coming traffic. As well as this, the car had no working rear wiper as the motor doesn't drive the wiper arm properly. I gave the dealership the chance to rectify, but instead they were evasive with lawyer-like letters asking my to take the car to BMW for a 'Visual Health Check'. Today, I received BMW's report and the car has four separate faults included the two I had experienced. I also purchased a 2 year, 3 star cover from M3 Motors and I am now working with BMW to attempt to get M3 Motor's warranty company to accept liability under the extended warranty, but already they are doing all they can to wriggle out of liability, 'telling me to 'take it up with the dealership'. 'When you buy a house and the light-bulb goes, do you blame the estate agent?' was what M3 Motors' salesman said to me when I called to report the fault and early ownership experience before taking the car to BMW. Thank you, Mollie, for your feedback. You wrote to us on 4 December 2017 requesting details of the nearest Mini approved repairer. We responded promptly on the same day with details of Cooper Cobham Service. We advised you that they could provide a Visual Health Check report and determine if the Power Steering Pump has genuinely failed. We have not yet received this Visual Health Check report from you. Our complaint procedure exists to make sure that you follow the procedure correctly and to give us an opportunity to resolve your concerns. In any case, we thank you again for your feedback.
BEWARE!!! Far to many issues to document all, however our complaint is with the motor ombudsman and solicitors hoping that this garage is closed down due to mis representation of vehicle and poor repairs. Please do not fall victim to the lies luckily we have recorded and documented evidence.

Since our subscription, we have never received customer complaints from TMO adjudicators. Further, you have not specified what your problem is and just stated, “far too many issues to document”. Rest assured that our staff are aware of their responsibilities and their statutory legal and trading responsibilities. We observe the requirements of all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements at all times.
Absolutely terrible experience with M3 Motors. I never wrote bad review but I thought I need to be honest with people who like me based on 5* review. I bought car from M3Motors on 26.09.2017 lovely Suzuki Swift everything seemed to be alright. The salesman said that the car is just after service with new MOT(included in price)Guess what car broke after 3 days , dealer offers us repair , he took car to the garage and kept it one week . After all they gave us back the car with the same problem. This whole situation cost me a lot of stress , that is why I took car for inspection to the other garage where they diagnosed problem in 1 hour !that was a fault with gear selection which I could not possibly break in 20 miles (cost me £220).I sent an email to dealer to ask him about refund the money for the repair and he responded that first of all that it was not authorised rapair and second of all we shall knew that car with this kind of mileage can get broken at any time.My mileage is 25 000..ridiculous!

Thank you, Monika, for your comments. Town & Country Cars (Suzuki) repaired your vehicle. We informed you that you should seek our approval before you commence any chargeable work. Therefore, we could not make any payment towards these repairs. Also, your vehicle has covered 25,294 miles and this will naturally accumulate more wear and tear to your gear knob and lever assy. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
