I don’t have receipts etc but I can direct you how to prove via legal official records online free as well as I had to do the same thing lucky for me I work for a law firm and have a chartered accountant brother in law so was able to gain access to companies house records my number I have had murders with this lot fines and tickets from a car they apparently scraped in 2016 iv had it seen at a car wash and pictures sent to me less than a year ago it’s been horrific so iv gathered a brief so heafty and I’m a few weeks off sending them notice of intention to prosecute them for a whole array of acts they’ve breached and professional failures , when that is won I will pursue criminal charges to the full extent of the law,

Hi, I have also been scammed by Waseem and I am having trouble getting him contact details, address, etc. If anyone has more details/evidence, is it possible to send some to scammedbywaseem@gmail.com? I really want to pursue him, but its difficult without more details. Thanks,
Mac cars. Do not use this car dealership. Part exchanged our perfectly good vehicle in jan 2019 for a seat Alhambra, we have had nothing but problems with it. The engine broke and we were having to sell it for scrap. We only then found out that it still had finance on it from the previous owner!!!!! We have since been in communication with the finance company. We contacted Waz numerous times after buying the vehicle with concerns - for example, when a car garage informed us that he sold the car to us with illegal lights on it. We were offered a tiny percentage of the cost of fixing it back but then money never emerged as Waz would state he had card problems. Do not go near this garage. We brought a car and 9 months later we have nothing but the scrap value for it and a lot of hassle from a finance company. Really not happy!!

He did the same to me, I’m currently taking him to small claims court! Comes across really down to earth but is nothing but a p taker and a scammer!
Scammed person in response to Sold a car with finance!
How did taking him to small claims court go? I was also scammed by him (Sept/Oct 2021), but I'm having difficulty just finding his details to move things forward! He has moved to Cars of Manchester now, and I'm not sure it is even a proper company. I feel like such an idiot, but i'm also pretty annoyed. If you (or anyone else) has any information that helps could you send it to scammedbywaseem@gmail.com? Thanks,
This guy is a fraud so be careful dealing with him. He has no office. He is selling cars from a car park. He sold me a faulty car and I tried to resell him after few months. He agreed to buy it back for less than half of his selling price to me and issued me a cheque which bounced back. He then paid me less than half of the agreed money in cash and now refusing to pay remaining. I am thinking to take him to court and report him to police. I tried to search his company on companies house but could not find anything by his name (Waseem Cowker). He lives in Liverpool and running his fake business in Manchester. His current address is 202-208 cheetham hill road M8 8LW. He is running his fraud business by name of "MAC motors or Cars of Manchester". Previously he was running business from same place by name of "M4 motors". If anybody has affected by this guy's fraud please report him to police and auto trader which I am going to do if he do not pay me remaining money.

Stay away. They have reincarnated themselves as Manchester auto company. They trade from a car park, next to a storage depot. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from them. The reviews on auto trader are at best 'suspicious' at worse fake.

I bought a car on September 2018 from M4 Motors (which by the way is now called Manchester Auto Company in Autotrader), and returned it the next day because it was in a much worst condition than promised with many faults and suspicious mot and mileage. The dealer promised to return my money, but even after almost 2 months now, he hasn't returned my money. In addition, its impossible to locate him since he doesnt have a valid address where I can send letters to pursue him legally, the address advertised in Autotrader was a deserted place. Every day he promises that asap he will return my money, he is fooling me on a daily basis!!! Incredible how a business like that can be tolerated by autotrader and by the government.

the thing is that they rogue traders have renamed themselves now as M.A.C Cars in Manchester, they are still using the same mobile as they have been when they was running as m4 motors . this is there new location address (202-208 CHEETHAM HILL ROAD, MANCHESTER, LANCASHIRE, M8 8LW) that they are now running from. i too am going to be taking them to court and really hope that they will get shut down and prosecuted for how they are trading , they should;t be allowed to trade for love or money
M4 Motors sold me 5000 pounds mercedez which was faulty the turbo and engine was faulty he promised me so many times that he will give me money back but now hes not answering my calls or text its been 5 months im chasing her so please dont buy any car from him.

I'd give M4 Motors no stars if I could. Could write an essay here on what I've had to spend, lack of warranty, suspicious mot, lack of paperwork, wanted cash. Warning lights on dash on way home after getting car, car came with no service, etc etc..car broke down..twice.!!..my local garage almost recommended car should be scrapped. m4 refusal to give refund, compensate, etc etc...should have taken him to court..but couldn't afford to. Just steer clear. Local garage did repairs amounting to 900 quid after it broke down for 2nd time in the 2 months after I bought it from m4. Lo and behold he same problems have come back. I. Probably gonna have to scrap it and loose 2.5k on it.
I bought a s class 320 cdi from M4 Motors in April and in the advert it was said to have excellent body work but after purchasing the car the front had a frontal impact which had damaged the front bumper the wiring loom for the front parking sensors the sensors and also the front headlamp wash, not to meantioned the interior was in a state and I have had expense after expense with the car since ownership, really really would warn not to buy from these cowboys, very very disappointed especially after I traveled a long distance to look and buy the car.
