I bought a car from this garage - never again. I found out that the car had a fake service history. The stamps in the book were not legitimate. I took them to court and got a full refund. Horrible, unpleasant people to deal with.
Brought a car from here a couple of months back. Within 3 weeks the engine blew up on us on a motorway!!! Nearly crashing!! Rang RAC and they came out but said they already recovered it early in the year for the same problem needing a new engine so they could not recover us! But he did stay with us while we rang the dealership and explained to him he sold us a car that he knew was broken! Which the dealership did admit he knew about! He then blocked our calls when he was due to pick the car up! Took a week for him to even come pick the car up and refund the money. He was very rude down the phone shouting at us! The car is now back up for sale with them. Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!

Hi Kayleigh, I would also like to know what car it was as I bought a car and it has a reconstructed engine with never ending problems. Thanks

Sorry I have only just seen this, it was a ford focus ecoboost MX13YGY. I’m sorry that he is still doing this to people! It’s disgusting that he’s getting away with it still!
If anyone buys anything from m5 autos through zuto, just be aware. This is a car I took delivery of back in March, first trip out the red eml light came on. I’ve asked the dealer to collect it and rectify the issues and too contact me via email so I have a trace of contact details with them. It’s now June and I’m still waiting! My car is pretty important to me for work (I work in the emergency ambulance service) and for my days off with my daughter. So just a little warning. Shame I cannot add pictures here!!! So now I’m in debt with a tatty car in limp mode!
So where to begin? If I could I would review them 0/5. I got a used car from here, was not cheap, but looked worth the money. They refused me delivery so I spent £200 travelling to get the car. When I got there there was a few scratchs to paintwork and cosmetic work which was not on the ad. It did not bother me as it is a used car. When driving home, when going above 65 MPH the car would make the most LOUD noise as if something is scrapping the floor. I pulled over into the services to find the plastic underneath was now dangling. I took the car to a garage as soon as home to hope this was a minor issue. The plastic was snapped so they fixed it for me. The cars AD stated it comes with NEW MOT and FULL SERVICE HISTORY. Car actually runs out of MOT this November? Car actually has PART service History and has not been serviced in almost 20,000 miles. As soon as I realised this (im new with cars), i booked my car in for a service. When driving the car to get it services, the engine light comes on, and the car begins missfiring and struggling to change gears. When having the car serviced I found another 20 problems. The filters looked like they haven't been changed in 5 years The spark plugs couldn't be changed as it looks like it has welded plastic to them from where they have been rounded off the air pipes which lead from the engine to the engine mounts had been cut in half (mechanic said only reason for doing this is because there was a issue they couldnt fix) there was pipes actually TIED together in a not which you'd do your shoe laces with a SCREW hammered into the end to prevent it from leaking (no idea what pipe this was) there was multiple missing bolts multiple missing screws IT DOES NOT END. When I call the garage I say I want to return the car (i have had the car two weeks at this point and spent over £450 on it) I was told I could not return it because I have had it over a month? As soon as I mention legal claims 'oh yes sorry we thought you were someone else' No surprise, other people also want a refund of there cars. I was told they would not collect it unless I paid a further £200. I have asked them for a refund on the money for which I have spent on the car as, under the consumers right act 2015 the vehicle is faulty. They have read my messages/emails and have ignored me Since writing this review, I have reported them to trading standards and they have mentioned I will be able to claim EVERYTHING back because they have broken the following;; sold me a unroad worthy vehicle (illegal) missleading claims i.e history/mot (they lied about new mot/history) unfair business practices rights DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND CONNED.

Bought a used Mini, major fault on driving home but told by dealer it had been sitting so to take it home and run it in. To cut a long story short the car was not fir for purpose and after hours of phone calls, emails, research, court proceedings and upset I got my money back but they were clearly hoping I’d give up and pay the £1600 plus repair bill myself. Would definitely not go near M5 Autos again.
Well where do I start. Found a vehicle I was looking for and eventually found one at M5 Autos London. When I phoned to enquire about it ( the salesman) was very nice and answered all my questions very nicelyso we agreed on the price and he said he would deliver the car on the Friday or Saturday so I also paid the delivery charge, that is when all the niceties stoped. There was no more communication from his side from then I had to phone and txt and even then there was hardly any response, kept on fobbing me off. By the Sunday I asked him for my money back and he promised me the car was on its way and would be with me tonight or early Monday morning. Guess what! Yes your all right NO CAR so bavk on the phone again to him again I got a shocking response from him. He eventually phones me on Monday late afternoon, now I had to take a day off my work to wait on the car coming. I must say as well it was his idea to deliver the car not mine. I have pictures of tyre and windscreen none of which was said in original add as it said car in good condition. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR IF YOU WANT A CAR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful after sales experience. Bought a car from this dealer past July and can only say...avoid at all costs! Car with several faults, no reply from the dealer at all, they tried to repair a major fault with the steering by only adding oil...that in the end damaged it more! Blocked my number to avoid my contacts... I did what nobody should do and just went along and fixed the car myself...after almost 1500 pounds, it's running fine! Never again with these guys!! Very dodgy and unhelpful!
