Travelled to buy our son’s first car having paid a holding deposit. We noticed some poor paint work on front and rear wing, most likely resulting from repair due to damage. The advert said the car was in good condition with good bodywork! We decided not to buy the car for obvious reasons and asked for the return of our deposit which they refused. We have since written to them and have received no response. We will be taking legal proceedings.

Bought a Yaris from M5 Motors, the staff were great and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my choice of car before purchasing it from them. The staff communicated everything that I needed to know about it and made the whole process very straightforward for me seeing as it was my first time buying a car. I've recommended them to friends too as a result. Overall, they were trustworthy and provided a friendly service with genuine advice and expertise. Will definitely be buying through them again!

Needed to buy a car for my son and as you can imagine for a first car they always want something decent, I had a look at a few local garages but nothing within my price range, popped down to this place and I can say was greeted with a smile and a keen interest in meeting our needs, they had an awesome range of vehicles from low range to top range. We was there for about 2 hours (my son is fussy) however this wasn't a problem for these guys! Ended up purchasing a VW polo, his really happy with it. I will be going back when I need an upgrade for my own car. Top place!

I have to say the customer services in M5 motors is great. None of this pushy sales tactics that many other garages have. I purchased a VW Passat and have owned it for roughly 4 months and absolutely delighted with it. I needed a vehicle with low mileage as I have applied for my PCO license. I have just recently passed my driving test, and was really unsure of what car to purchase. I went into the garage and found the customer services amazing, I explained i was on a low budget and they gave me a few options I was able to take a few cars for a test drive but the really daunting issue was car insurance!
