After having bought a car from another used car dealership in which the salesman deceived me into buying a dodgy car (engine was making weird noises a week after purchase), I decided to go to buy another car from this company (M5 Motors). I purchased a VW Golf GTI 6 months back and so far it’s been running smoothly, no problems whatsoever. At the time of purchase, the salesman was relaxed, not pushy/persuasive and gave me the chance to have a good inspection of the car before I bought it. Great communication was evident, honesty/trustworthiness and also a reliable company. Would highly recommend this place!

Had to purchase a car while on lockdown, they provided a video of the car and delivered to my door step, fantastic service from the first phone call to delivery, would definitely recommend M5 Motors to all😁

Friendly staff and amazing customer service

Staff were very friendly and I didn’t feel as though I was being pushed into buying the vehicle. Car had been valeted before I went to visit and then went for a test drive. Overall very good service and am happy with my first car.

I drived over 100 mile for an appointment, they did not show up the price of the care was higher than agreed, the owner of the car did answer the phone Unprofessional 1 star

My son bought a car from M5 Motors in West Bromwich. AVOID Said car had just been serviced by the garage coolant was below min oil and filter was black. Put a new mot on the car 3 tyres are almost bold.

I personally had a great experience buying my car from M5 Motors. I was helped by Emran who was really friendly and helpful. He explained absolutely everything you can think of to me in great detail from start to finish so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to do. He never pushed me into anything, I felt completely at ease. Overall a great experience and I would definately recommend speaking with Emran Thank you for all of your help

Drove for 2 hours to look at a car at M5 Motors - my daughter fell in love with it and we left a £250 deposit which I got the owner to write on the receipt was refundable once we got the AA to check the car over...he was reluctant to do this but did..The AA inspected the car and found 4 major faults and several minor faults - the owner wouldnt even let the AA take it out for a test drive - probably cause he knew it was dangerous. I phoned the garage and told the owner I would like my deposit back - OMG he told me he had expenses to and they dont normally give deposits back - this was after he tried to sell me a potentially dangerous car! He agreed to give me the money back but still hasnt 4 days later and now does not respond to my texts ...Please please stay away from this company - I will not let this lie and have been on contact with trading standards and will take legal action if he doesnt repay the deposit...

One star and that’s being over he top, brought a Range Rover sport 3 weeks ago from M5 Motors and now it’s on the back of a recovery truck, and guess wot warranty does not cover fuel pump (confuses) that’s part of the engine ? Spoke to sale man who says he will speak to his boss, absolutely disgusting with his attude towards me and my wife, don’t want to know and won’t pay for the parts or labour. £10.500 out of pocket. Would not trust this company, and now the company’s going to be dissolved in October for the 2nd time in 4 years........last laugh though trading standards & hmrc are now investigating your company.
