I have recently taken delivery of my new style 2024 Ford Puma, The delivery time was about 8 weeks but this was known at time of order placement and is due to the factory manufacturing schedule. This is my fourth Ford Puma. I always change my cars regularly and I always go to Jayne Brown as I know that I get a. straight 'no frills' deal. Jayne always keeps me fully informed on the order progress and on handover day the admin. and car workings are fully explained. Nothing is too much of a problem and I look forward to continued relationship with Jayne and M53 Ford. I have jokingly indicated that I shall be back for Puma No.5. Thanks to all at M53 for making car buying a memorable experience,

Was ensure which car to go for. Needed one that had quite a high seat. A Sales Exec called Julian, came to help. Ensure about 2 cars. Julian was very patient and very helpful. Discribing the difference between the 2 cars, He even took his life in his hands, going on a test drive. He just made buying a car, very easy ,& simple.. i would recommend anyone buying a car from there

Bought our Ford Puma Vivid Ruby edition in mid May.. The car car which is our third Puma from M53had been on factory order since Febrary 2023. The delay was due to manufacture but in the interim M53 did everything possible to expedite proceedings and keep us up/date. We never even considered cancelling the order due to waiting time. We are delighted with the car and moreso with M53 Ford. This is the only garage that I have come across where the staff are both happy and pleased to help the customer. Its such a pleasure. Nothing is ever a problem.. Even servcing is painless and quick. Special mention to Chris the Sales Manager and Jayne Brown who have always gone out of their way to assist me. Well done to M53. We would not go anywhere else and already looking forward to ordering another car from them in the course of time.
