Looks like they are having a closing down sale. Poor cars, shoddy service and terrible presentation, You can't polish a tu*d but you can throw sprinkles at it. If you want a car that will last you two weeks then this is the place to be.

was interested in a skoda octavia. advertised as FULL history was partial and timing belt wasnt done as he well knew and admitted when questioned said he would do it as part of the deal. then i got spooked after reading peoples horrendus (experiences plus i made a few calls aswell) of dealing with this company DARREN TARRY numerous desolved companies (forged invoices when the belt clearly hasnt been done) which he claims is his mate round the corner! (this is where all warranty work is done? Left £100 deposit rang back 1hour later no reponse no text next day complete attitude change im right your wrong threats etc etc basically im keeping your £100 as its not much so what you moanng about!!!! (HIS WORDS!) shocking comapny to deal with and ive had a very very lucky escape. yes its just £100 in this case (process has started to recover this though) but the warning to others is his attiude once your hard earned money is handed over and if you encountered any issues YOU WILL have major problems dealing with this guy. do your research on darren tarry and maclan motors and see for yourself his address is also registered for court cases aswell in sandbach.

I would not recommend purchasing from this Trader. Poor, unprofessional Conduct. Sells very poor quality vehicles and refuses to refund Customers. I would choose a more professional Trader and avoid.

Got a Volvo xc70 off Maclan Marsh.. Can't fault the service, gave me a fair price for my Saab, delivered the Volvo to my house, what more could you ask for. Very happy with the Volvo, would use Maclan Marsh again.

I recently bought a 2011 Skoda Octavia from Darren. He was very clear in descriptions before I went to see the car. He couldn't have been more helpful yet not at all pushy, When I got to see the car it was exactly as described. Darren was very knowledgeable and very straight forward to deal with. Having bought the car I had a couple of minor niggles and again Darren was very helpful. I got the niggles fixed locally and Darren reimbursed the cost of the work straight away. He was quick to respond, easy to deal with and absolutely stuck to his word. Overall the best car dealer experience I have ever had. Very pleased with the car and would happily recommend Darren and Maclan Marsh to anyone looking for a straight forward second hand car purchase. Thanks Darren

PLEASE AVOID!!! Bought a car from Darren and broken down 3x within 2weeks. No response from the seller to agree a refund. Very rude! No idea why he is still trading after all the negative reviews!

We bought a Skoda Scout from this guy, six months ago, and it is a complete gem. The only thing we've had to do to it was to get a new part for the braking system after a couple of months. Just part of wear and tear. Would recommend this place.

I also read all the reviews,some good a few not so good.I bought a car during lockdown,03 Audi TT 225,sight unseen,received good communication and car was delivered after seal sorted.Was a minor wiper issue which a local garage sorted and Darren met the cost.Bear in mind the cars in price range are not new,I so far have only positive for Darren,car is as he said.
