hi sorry to hear about your issues ,but 6k in 6mths is quite excessive and 12months down the line ,come on we haven't got a crystal ball, mot advisorys are placed by the tester not us and they are advisorrys ,you could take the car to another mot station and the report could be totally different from the other its at the mot inspectors opinion and only a opinion

I do not normally respond to these but I wish I had checked the company reviews before buying the car. I bought from this dealer in late 2019 and paid £3995 for the car. I would have expected 1 or 2 problems but nothing like I got. In the 12 months since purchasing the car I have spent over £2000 on problems that have continued, all just after the 3 months alleged warranty that I had. I took the car back after the first problem and the response was "sorry but the warranty does not cover that" So after 12 months I have got rid. Even the garage I got to do the repairs advised me to get rid of it as they felt guilty taking any more money from me, as every time they fixed it the engine management light came on with a new problem. I traded it in just before Christmas but I was honest with the dealer and told him why I was getting rid. I should have been more aware when buying as another customer was looking at a car when I was there and he told him that someone was coming to collect the car he was looking at but if he got in first he could have it and the guy fell for it, I just hope his car was better than mine. The dealer I bought my new car from had a rating of 4.9 from 5 stars, this is out of 118 reviews. I will definitely check every time I go for a new car. Please be careful when buying and do not listen to salesman rubbish, check the reviews.

We bought ours 18 months ago, had that many things wrong, coolant system breakdown, engine needed re building and now head gasket gone. Plus a clutch and brakes along the way. Still got £3500 left to pay on it but getting rid as we've spent over £2500 already, complete nightmare. Worth taking someone who knows about cars for a look. Maybe garage knew maybe they didn't, but will remember next time a sales man says 'oh that car is sold as someones done a finance application on it' then changes his mind once a cash buyer is about, run the other way!

OBVIOUSLY TRADING STANDARDS DIDNT THINK YOU HAD A CASE,WE HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM AND HAVE ALWAYS FOLLOWED ANY ADVICE GIVEN BY THEM TO OURSELVES ,ALSO HOW CAN WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES 12MTHS DOWN THE LINE,ITS A SECOND HAND CAR AND YOU WOULD HAVE GOT NO HELP FROM ANY GARAGE IN THE WHOLE OF ENGLAND SO FAR DOWN THE LINE,,SO INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO BLAME JUST REMEMBER ITS SECOND HAND AND WE DONT HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL TO SEE INTO THE FUTURE
