I had a very poor experience with this dealer. I bought a truck from him and soon after purchase discovered gearbox problems. I informed him immediately, and he asked me to return the truck so the repairs could be done under warranty. We agreed he would cover the repair costs. After I returned the truck, he kept it for about a month with almost no progress. Communication was very poor. He rarely answered calls or messages, and the only updates I received were vague statements about ordering parts or starting repairs soon. Eventually, he told me he could not fix the truck himself and asked me to get a quote from an independent garage, saying he would cover the costs. I then took the truck to a garage, obtained a quote, and sent it over. After that, he stopped responding completely to calls, texts, and emails. I collected the truck and had it inspected independently. The garage found gearbox problems, a blocked DPF filter that needs replacing, and faulty sensors. The truck had only around 100k miles. I had also been told it was serviced before sale, but the engine oil was very dirty. I am now pursuing the matter through the small claims court. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Hi, bought Nissan Terrano, after purchase oil light stayed on, top switch was replaced with new one, then discovered was the bottom switch, which was replaced, later bumper was slightly out of line and was adjusted correctly, also N/Side indicator fitting was dull lost it's seal. all jobs was done without any hesitation great team thank you. Bought van on the 25-11-2014 cash plus road tax, after 24 hours van would not start on key called there fitter out they failed to start it on key so tow started it went to there auto electrician replaced a relay, had it back after three days, took it for a run 30 miles stopped would not start on the key but did with a tow start. Tried to phone land line, mobile, no reply, text emailed them also left massage on there face book page no reply managed to contact them on the monday returned van to auto electrician had van back seemed ok returning to spain over christmass had to be towed on and off ferry , on return to uk van still giving start problems back to auto electricians there for 10 days given a breakdown cover by mad i now have a vibration under acceleration and the engine management light is on taking the van to a garage the policy ran out a week be four air flow meter connection been cut off so cant change that, after talking to the previous owners wife mad commercials knew about the problems thats why it was returned to them
