Absolutely amazing service. I was in despair after being told by the main dealership that they could not fit me in to sort the fault on my Renault Zoe for 4 weeks! Kevin and David calmed me down and sorted it within a day! Thank you!
Paid for a fiat 500 WM13YAD, unbelievable the terrible customer service received after paying for the car. Ian the sales man was rude, showed no remorse, did not even apologise after selling us a car with multiple problems, was sold a 3 month warranty that transpired to be worthless as after reporting multiple issues WE found after receiving the vehicle, some ‘multi point pre inspection, I think not!’ simply got a message the said ‘we will collect the fiat 500 tomorrow’ was eventually refunded after even more incompetent messages with incorrect information, stay as far away from this dealership or at least this car!

An absolute pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to taking delivery. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and all my questions were happily answered. I bought unseen, and the car is exactly as was described and shown in the video. Matt the delivery driver was lovely, despite a 5 hour drive. Thank you all so much.

I purchased a 14month old Skoda from Madeley Heath Motors. I’ll start with the positives… I found the purchasing experience extremely easy. The salesman was non pushy (was given the keys to look around by myself). The car was competitively priced (when compared nationwide) and all aspects of purchase ran smoothly. The car had some bodywork damage, which was known about, and to be rectified before collection. The quality of the repair, although for most acceptable, is not perfect. A friend helped me load my daughter into the car 4 weeks after the purchase and asked what had happened to the door (he does work in the trade though!). Also Madeley had replaced the original dealer number plates with their own but with no care to making sure they were level, centred or fixed appropriately. It’s clear the fitter had simply done it as quickly as possible, with no care or thought by simply screwing through the metal tailgate, ignoring the factory bosses and so leaving it to corrode and rust. Sadly this is a common occurrence for a lot of garages with quick PDI turnarounds but it does give you a feeling for the quality of their work (I won’t be relying on the service that was apparently performed!). They also agreed to include half a tank of fuel with the car which turned out to be less than a quarter! I am fortunate to have contacts in the trade and I factored having to redo the bodywork repair when considering the price (Madeley wouldn’t sell me the car with the damage not repaired). Overall, I’m happy with the purchase but it was not a 5 star experience!

I cannot praise this dealership highly enough . The car I purchased from them (Seat Arona 1.5 fr) was delivered to me (in North Devon) F.O.C in immaculate condition on a trial basis. David Marson (Director)also assisted me on a change of registration on another vehicle I owned . I would award them 6 stars if possible .

Madeley Heath Motors were great when got there and paperwork all sorted in under an hour and away with my car! Bought using Zuto so can’t comment on finance services direct with them but other than chasing on an email to be sent (which frankly I was understandably impatiently waiting on) no problems there.

Madeley Heath Motors have friendly staff in sales, car not presented on collection as promised, in fact poor. Clearly the communications between sales and service is an issue, however once identified our dissatisfaction to dealership they couldn't do enough to put matters right. Car was collected and left courtesy car, work undertaken and car returned in a much better condition, the sales manager took a personal interest in our issues. This experience has unfortunately marred what should have been a pleasurable experience, however I have confidence that the dealership do take seriously any adverse reviews.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff and especially on the service side. I would not take our cars anywhere else. Reasonable prices, they return the cars cleaned, are friendly and give good, accurate advice over the phone if you have a query.
