My Father has now bought three cars from this small but friendly dealer. Every time he has been treated with respect and professionalism, in fact the last time they even sourced the type of car (Renault Scenic).he was looking for. I'm sure he will happily return here the next time he looks to upgrade.

Thank you for your review. In fact, a 54 plate 100,000 miles Corsa sold for £1,100 as a “trade sale” which was a discount £395 for a Euro Car Parts delivery driver. Your experienced friend checked the car over prior to purchase. The car had covered over 2,500 miles during a 6 week period. Despite the “trade” agreement during that time a broken coil spring was replaced and a complete clutch fitted.

I called ahead after seeing the add on ebay and the car was ready and waigi g for my test drive,Price was about right and after looking at a few that day I went ahead and paid a deposit to hold the car as i felt it offeed good value for money, they gave a it a fresh service and a new MOT (happy days) the car needed new discs and pads on the front and this was all done for me as well as a full valet. I did have an issue with the car which was a clutch sensor but this was rectified for me at a local garage to me which they paid for so can't complain.(also they were happy to pay for the genuine part rather than a copy car part). I would come here again ... Cara the lady I spoke to at Maidstone Car Company was always very polite.

Vehicle was as described so no wasted journey. No pressure to buy and fair part exchange for my car offered - much better than webuyanycar.com! Well presented history folder. The car was ready to be collected as promised and although I was delayed they waited for me to arrive. The only problem I had was down to me when transferring my personal registration number and they assisted me in this. All in all one of my better experiences purchasing a used vehicle.

Good section of used cars from small run arounds to motorway munchers. Reasonable price, some slightly cheaper than other dealers. Very small forefront so call before going to check the cars on site. I popped in to look at the car that I ended up buying and it wasn't on site but it was there in 10-15 minutes. The condition of the cars are ok for the price ( don't expect a Rolls Royce for Mini money). The sales experience was ok, small amount a pressure to close the deal but wasted on me as I will make up my own mind in my own time, but less pressure than I've had from other dealers in years gone by. The only complaint I would really have is the lack of communication. The guys should learn to keep you informed and up to date of things like when the car will be ready for collection and mot issues as and when they arise (My car went to have a new mot prior to purchase but didn't go in when told and wasn't informed of this or the progress of the repairs when it failed). Had a couple of small issues with the car since my purchase but all sorted with no hassle.

Do not recommend purchasing a car from Maidstone Car Company. They sold me a car with numerous issues which they have refused to fix. I was told that putting more expensive oil in my engine will solve the issues and if I continue to drive the car despite having the engine management light on it will be fine and the light will eventually turn off. Also refused to give me a refund on this car after two weeks despite giving them more than enough chances to fix the problem. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional as are the mechanics they use.

Thank you for your review. In response, we rectified two minor problems as and when requested (wiper blades and air con). We requested that you take your car to a Peugeot Main Dealer of your choice, at our expense, to get an accurate diagnosis of the cause of the “Anti-Pollution” message that was being displayed. You have not as far as we are aware chosen to do this.
Full of the gift of the gab, but when it came down to problems with the car took me ages to get them to take it in to get fixed. Then they did not fix all the problems claiming only certain faults were down to them to repair. Definitely check, check and check again before you consider buying a car from them!

Thank you for your review. In fact, we collected your 2005 Renault Scenic from your home on two separate occasions (an 86 mile round trip twice) and rectified some small faults for you. Admittedly we were unable to stop the car showing an emissions fault. This was mainly due to the fact that there was not a fault with the car other than an electrical issue which was flagging as an emission problem. The resolution to this was an uneconomic repair, in excess of the value of the car. The car passed an MOT without any emission problems to prove this to you and has continued to do so ever since.
My advice would be to check under the bonnet AFTER a test drive and do not under any circumstances give them a deposit as if you decide not to purchase they will keep the money from you. Nice people (on the surface).

GB thank you for your review. To this day we have been totally confused by your actions. You test drove a 51 plate BMW, checking under the bonnet afterwards. We agreed to carry out some preventative work on the car as you had had an issue with a previous car of the same model and this was a concern for you. You left a deposit under these terms. We carried out the work as agreed. You then out of the blue, accused us of getting a “bent mot”. The car had been MOT’d months prior to us owning the car. The car was made ready for you to collect. You then informed us several days later you no longer needed or wanted the car.
