I have been looking for a new car for a while. I have been after a specific make and model and I wanted less than a certain amount of miles and also particular pieces of equipment inside plus a leather interior. Most traders I spoke to paid lip service to me, raised their eyes, then tried to sell me something else. Finding Mainline Motors was a fluke but thank goodness was I did, Jason (the owner) was a breath of fresh air and listened to what I wanted. He didn’t have what I was looking for on the day I went in, but true to his word he found me exactly what I asked for. I finally have the car I wanted and the service, honesty and genuine good old fashioned customer care I have received from Mainline Motors and Jason has restored my faith that there are good car dealers out there. I really cannot recommend Mainline Motors enough.

I would recommend Mainline Motor Company because everything went quickly from start to finish and it was all hassle free. The car was very clean and as described and the dealer was knowledgeable and helpful. I did PX my old car and they gave me the best price they could for it. The dealership was only a 20 minute drive away too which is a plus.

I am very happy with my VW Touareg from Mainline Motor Company. I purchased it in August and up to now I have had o issues with it at all, In was immaculate when I received it and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommended.

So far so good, the sale was smooth sailing and the car hasn't had any issues in the 2 months that I've had it.

When I paid the deposit the vehicle mileage was recorded at 33403. I collected the car just over a week later having received confirmation that the loan had been transferred to the dealers account. I was told by the dealer it had been removed from their forecourt and stored inside their premises in the interim and that they were now glad to free up the space. I noticed after I arrived home with it that there was an additional 250 miles on the clock. They had clearly been using it for their own use and it had obviously not been sitting on their premises as they had claimed. A month before the final payment was due on the car I had to have the instrument cluster replaced at a total cost of £850. This was not factored into the finance arrangement.
