I’m really enjoying my Peugeot 3008 and haven’t had any issues so fa, it’s been great! The customer service was excellent, and the lad I dealt with, who was the owner’s son was brilliant. He had all the time in the world for me. Initially, I went to view a different car, but he went above and beyond to help me find an alternative as it wasn't for me. I visited with my missus and young daughter, and there was never any pressure at all. He let me pick out 3 or 4 options, sit in each of them, and get a feel for what they were like, all while being incredibly accommodating. After offering me a test drive, I decided to go ahead with the purchase, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade. 5 stars.

My Vauxhall Mokka has been absolutely fine, and up to now I've had no issues whatsoever. My husband has been using it every day, and it’s been great. I've had my Audi A1 for 3 months now and since driving it away, it's been used most days, but it's going fine. The team at the dealership was great, and not once did I feel pressured. I ended up going back to Mainline UK a couple of times to make sure it was the right car. I went ahead with it and part-exchanged my old car against it. When it came to the handover, everything went as expected and it was great to have a car with a fresh MOT.

Within a week of getting in touch with Mainline I was driving around in my new C-Max, I was thrilled throughout the whole experience the salesman was great with me, lots of knowledge about the cars and helped support me thought the finance application along with helping me set up the extra insurances so I was protected. I have this car now for 5 years which I am really pleased about, but when the time comes for an upgrade they will be my first stop.

We had been searching for a car for a while, but we weren't having much luck with the options we found. Then, one day, we came across this car at Mainline. I immediately jumped in the car and headed over to see it, as it seemed like the best one I had seen so far. Upon arrival, it was exactly as expected, and the team was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, after the sale, we encountered an issue with the heating in the car. However, I got in touch with Mainline, and they were fantastic. They took the car back to fix the issue and provided us with a courtesy car in the meantime. The repair process took a little longer than expected, but the team kept us updated throughout. We’ve now had the car for a little while, and we’re so happy with it. I’ve already contacted Mainline to express my thanks, and I wanted to share that whenever I'm in the market for another car, I won’t waste time searching online. I’ll head straight to Mainline, in the hope they have the right car for me.
