Everything is spot on with my Golf that i recently got from the guys in Gateshead. It drives great, looks great, feels great....so no complaints from me! The sales team were really good to deal with as well, they made the process really streamline and stress free, it was as easy as buying trainers. I'd be more than happy to pass on my recommendations!

My A5 is proper sound, it is running really well. No issues or strange noises so far, so I think I'm onto a winner! The team were really nice to deal with, especially the lad who we dealt with, he was a massive help and got everything sorted for me in no time. He was really easy to get along with and was a really sound guy, I'd happily recommend him and the dealership in general to others, and I'll definitely be back to part x in a few years!

It was my first time visiting Mainline UK and wow I am impressed! I went down to their site to view the Insignia and instantly knew it was the one for me. It was in mint condition and was so clean inside and out. Last week I went to visit family down in South Wales, and it was such a nice drive, everything ran smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I'd happily pass on the recommendations of Mainline, they were absolutely fantastic and my car is brilliant!

This is my 3rd purchase from Mainline due to the fact that they are faultless. Every time I have visited their dealership they have always been so welcoming and offered a great helping hand. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They initially completed an MOT that identified faulty brakes. They insisted they repaired this, they allowed us to drive 1 hour home with this car that still had faulty brakes. Took the car back to repair, I then took the car to an independent garage who found a snapped time belt, car was leaking oil & washer snapped. £271.08 in repairs to a car they should have done. Refused to cover costs, had two occasions to find faults and they didn’t. They sell faulty, damaged cars I would totally avoid.
Bought our Nissan Juke from Mainline UK,had a few niggles which was no fault of the dealership and these guys went above and the call of duty .outstanding service and friendly too .highly recommended (the lad who left his keys in the car)thanks again .
