First things first. Keep in mind that I purchased an old Mini. I came down to Mainline as I was in need of new car, I purchased an older Mini as I really liked the look of it. I have been in and out of Julian's dealership with bits and bobs that needed doing on the Mini, however this is a 5 star review and I couldn't rate this dealership highly enough. Julian and Ben, both have been absolutely amazing, I have had a few warning light's come up on the car and Julian has got me back in with no hesitation in the slightest, the issues were sorted immediately. The thing is I work away a hell of a lot, Julian has always dropped the car back off at my house and put it in the garage for me. The car has never broken down and has always ran well, I think its because I only drive it here and there when I'm back at home so its almost like I have not given it chance for all of the issues to flag up at once. Each and every time Ben or Julian come to drop my car off they always clean it, knowing I won't have time. Genuinely, you will not find another dealership like this. Absolutely unmatched. I will be coming back down to Mainline to say a huge thank you myself to Julian and Ben. I am filled with trust and confidence that if anything went wrong with my car they will be straight on it-like they already have been. A huge huge thank you to Mainline staff. I would forever recommend these guys and 100% use again!!!!

Absolutely wonderful a 10/10 dealership. the personable staff down to Mainline in Gateshead did everything we asked of them. The car is wonderful, the customer service was wonderful! I can't sing their praises enough!

Customer service here is fantastic! Ben who showed me round was really kind and helpful. He showed me all the bits and bobs on the car and explained all the technical parts. I couldn't have asked for better service. The Polo has been spot on since day one, thank you very much.

What I really like about Mainline was that we were able to look around the forecourt without any hassle and when we had our eyes set on the Fiat 500 they were happy for us to look in at our own time. They weren't pushy like other car places. The sale itself was quick and effective too! 5/5

My buying experience unorthodox but I was so impressed with how Mainline handled everything. They remained friendly and polite through out and I cannot fault them.

I am so pleased with the A3 I bought from Mainline, I did unfortunately encounter an issue with the car after the purchase (which can be the case with second had cars.) But Mainline were quick to put this right for me and I honestly couldn't have asked for better. The customer service from the very initial contact through to the aftersales was excellent! Top marks across the board!

To be fair they were absolutely amazing at Mainline, there is nothing I could have wanted them to improve! There was never any pressure and they answered all my questions so I felt well informed about the car. So far all has been going great with the Captur Mainline supplied to me. I would happily return to this dealership.
