I cannot thank Julian enough, he is not just an amazing car dealer but an amazing human. I bought a car from Mainline which unfortunately had a problem with it and had to be returned and Julian couldn't have done more for me throughout the process. He was honest and transparent and helped me get sorted with another car that I like even better! I think it shows the true nature of a business when problems occur and these guys definitely care about their customers and will make sure they see you right! Without hesitation I would recommend them and will be returning myself.

I have been a customer of Mainline for a looonnnggg time, let me tell you! My BMW is the third, yes THIRD car I have had from them. And there is a reason for that! Its because they are unbeatable! The cars are always immaculate and without fault, the prices are incredibly completive and the service is first class! Why would I go elsewhere for a burger when I've got my steak right here!

When we came down to Mainline the salesman who we dealt with couldn't have been any kinder, he was happy to open up multiple cars for us to look at and answered all of our questions. The one thing that really would have just pushed my experience from a 4 star to a 5 star one would have been a decent amount of fuel in the tank when I collected it.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the Mainline, the team are great! the gentleman who I mainly dealt with was very approachable and polite. I was able to spend some time with the Insignia and take it for a good test drive so I could be certain before I made the purchase. Since then the car has been absolutely spot on, not a single issue.

Craig was an absolutely fantastic salesman, he went out of his way to sort things and really did help me alot when I was buying my Golf. The VW is absolutely brilliant, it is a cracking car to drive, I have nothing to report, and would recommend the dealership highly!
