I've never been to a more polite and friendly dealership. The vibe at the showroom was nice and there was never any pushy hard selling. They let me take my time when viewing the car and weren't constantly looking over my shoulder. They were there when I needed them and answered any question I had. My car is in such a nice condition for a second hand car, and drives like a dream! It was such a simple transaction, all that was left to do was to sign and drive away with the Juke. I would happily recommend to others they were exceptional from start to finish. 10 out of 10 car buying experience!!!

Everything is spot on with my Golf that i recently got from the guys in Gateshead. It drives great, looks great, feels great....so no complaints from me! The sales team were really good to deal with as well, they made the process really streamline and stress free, it was as easy as buying trainers. My A5 is proper sound, it is running really well. No issues or strange noises so far, so I think I'm onto a winner! The team were really nice to deal with, especially the lad who we dealt with, he was a massive help and got everything sorted for me in no time. It was my first time visiting Mainline UK and wow I am impressed! I went down to their site to view the Insignia and instantly knew it was the one for me. It was in mint condition and was so clean inside and out. Last week I went to visit family down in South Wales, and it was such a nice drive, everything ran smoothly with no issues whatsoever.
