If you are looking for a reliable, clean and a good car Mainline is the place you need to go. I came down to Mainline a few months back to purchase the Nissan Qashqai and it was an excellent experience. From the start to the very end, the gentlemen down at Mainline in Farnborough and the sale very personalised and gave me so much help. They helped in every single way they could. There was no pressure put on the sale at any time, Nothing short of perfect, 5 stars!

I came to Mainline Motors and purchased a Antara, its a reliable little thing and I am very pleased with it. I did have to call and to let them know that the AC wasn't working shortly after but there was no messing, the guys down at Mainline got me straight into the garage and fixed the AC with no quibble at all, to be honest I have no issues at all. I was so happy with how they dealt with the small issue. The customer service was infact totally fine, really good! They were friendly, polite and was really kind towards me. They did everything they said they were going to do and I can't recommend highly enough. p.s. I am only rating a 4 star as no one is 100% perfect. .

A fantastic customer service, with been a female and not knowing much about cars the sales guy here was superb, he was attentive, answered all my questions, did not put any pressure on me and asked me if I needed time to decide if I wanted to buy the Kia or not which I thought was a decent thing to do and it made me feel at ease dealing with Mainline. Very pleased with the service from Simon, Julian and Ben at Mainline UK in Gateshead. We bought more than one car from them so we got the chance to speak to the entire team and every single one of them were really helpful and polite, they could not have done anything else to help us further than what they did do. We are really happy to have dealt with this company, a great experience through the entire sales journey which were certain to tell all of our family and friends about.

First time buying a used car and would definitely recommend Mainline to anyone. Dealt with a pleasant bloke called Ben who was very friendly and knowledgeable. No sales pressure and it was great that you are allowed to test drive the car on your own and a warranty is already included in the price. I've had the car for just over a month now with no issues at all other than a tire pressure light which was a quick fix and a nice feature now I have upgraded to a more modern car.

After I bought my Golf I had my mechanic check it over as I usually do when I purchase a new car and he has no concerns about the car, he said it was in very good condition. They are very nice people at Mainline and accommodated me well. When the car was ready they gave me a phone call to let me know but I wasn't able to collect it for a few days and they were more than happy to hold onto it for me and keep it safe.

When I bought my Mokka it was the first time I had ever dealt with Mainline and I was very impressed with the overall experience I had with them. The staff are all absolutely brilliant, I have not got a single complaint! My Mokka is fantastic just as advertised! Forget five stars they can have ten! With out a single doubt in my mind I would use them again.

Customer service was absolutely spot on when I bought my 500x! There were one or two issues on the MOT so it took a few extra weeks to get the car but I was happy to wait knowing that they were addressing this for me. They also kept me in the loop and were brill whenever I rang to check up on things, they were always straight on it. Thanks Mainline.

The KA purchased for my daughter is seeming to be just as it should be. She is still on her provisional licence so I try and get out in it with her as often as I can. The team at Mainline are spot on, they are really friendly and did all they could for us to make it the best experience.
