Took my car to Manchester Audi after waiting almost a month to get it booked in for a headlight issue. First Audi took it upon themselves to order and replace a new headlight which I didn’t need or ask for. Secondly was booked in for an oil service which was never done after I’ve paid for the service thru a plan. Kept my car for almost a week and did nothing but make more problems for me and when I confronted them to ask what’s happened they just simply said get your car and never refuting here again. Extremely rude and incompetent staff working their not one of the staff offered to help. Avoid Audi Manchester and use Stockport instead far better service and team.

don’t even order anything from here waited 4 months the stupid man (steven hinchliffe ) didn't even have a update for my audi promised me my audi would be ready round about april time promised he would give update gave us 0 update messed us about !!! put me off audis for life i have just got a mazda and i got the car in 2 weeks ! excellent service really kind too and gave us a update didn’t even have to ask!! everyone who asks me about audi now will be getting told do not buy ! or order from these people steven please get a new job ur not professional what so ever !!!

Initially my car didnt start up Audi Assist breakdown came and gave me report to state the alternator is gone soon as it got brought into the mcr dealership they didnt look at until a week later then said it was a battery fault which they knew my warranty doesn’t cover it so i told them to drop my car off and i will get sorted myself another week has gone by ive been ringing 3x or more a day to chase this up escalated to a manager still nothing beyond a joke was promised it will be delivered back to me on a Saturday and know one called to sort it out rang back a lady picked up to say the person who was meant to sort this out and gone home after shift was completed. Am having to constantly chase up and get updates and arrange for my car to be dropped off and they had for it 2 weeks with no work done to it its like there holding my car hostage!!

I never leave negative reviews. But my recent experience was abysmal! I could tap away for hours but in the main communication and customer care was non existent and has put me off ever purchasing an Audi again. Really poor service
in June 2023, I bought an Audi rs5 online in Manchester Audi for over £50,000. The Audi was brought by the salesman, Robert, who talked nicely and praised how well-maintained it was, etc., and after driving 2,000 miles and visiting my local Audi Portsmouth dealer, he discovered many faults and failures of the sos system. leak from the rear differential, failure of the driver's door window motor. it turned out that the brake discs were 100% worn. No service history, this is pure fraud. I have written many times to the sales manager of approved Audis, unfortunately no response. This is my 7th Audi. Previously I had a 4-year-old new Audi A8 bought in Portsmouth. Audi had no problems. In June I changed it to an RS5 bought from fraudsters in Menchaster. so I have spent over £50,000 to now live with Audi worries. I hope that my local Portsmouth Audi workshop will be able to deal with the faults that Menchester has not seen
Awful, awful aftercare service. This goes back over several years and different cars. 0 stars or less would be better. Initially, bought an A5 from them, good experience and nice guy who I dealt with. Fault with the A5 stop start. They couldn’t sort it, I googled it and found the issue. It was then resolved - down to water ingress in the boot. Communication around service bookings and just in general, really poor. Impression is they just don’t care and can’t be bothered. Went to get a valuation for the A5 coming to the end of its PCP, guy didn’t know what he was doing. Undervalued substantially. Maybe just trying it, who knows. After these experiences, went substantially out of our way to Macclesfield Audi who were always great and really looked after us. With Manchester Audi being so local we had to use them on occasion very reluctantly for an A3 we also had. Always wish we hadn’t! Went in for service work and they reported nearly £1k of work needed going. Took it to an independent garage and didn’t need hardly any of the work. Fraudulent behaviour from Manchester Audi! Most recently, again very reluctantly, needed local support again due to time constraints for a recently purchased e-tron. Booking line (they are separate to Manchester Audi) very helpful. Unfortunately, the car was then stolen and I called Manchester Audi (given it was booked with them) for assistance/info with any ways to track via the Audi app. Spoke to the aftercare/service team at the dealership, obviously expressing the urgency of the matter with it being a recent theft. Kieran apparently is the guy to help. Was told he would call back twice after phoning a couple of times. Nothing at all. Even at a time of urgency. Called Macclesfield Audi and they politely, quickly helped with information immediately. Manchester Audi just does not care about customers and should be stripped of its franchise. When calling you get apathy and a lack of willingness and interest to help, they sound jaded, lacking enthusiasm and just have no sense of how to look after people. It seems there is something inherently wrong with their training, culture and values. It’s systemic. Only the guy who serves the tea and welcomes people (who is well known) can be singled out for praise. And only when they take money off you or want to get money off you, are they more interested and more willing. Quite simply go elsewhere! We will not set foot in there again. I’m sure there will be a response to this, saying contact us and we’ll investigate/try and put it right etc. Instead, perhaps take the initiative if you wish to (the most recently booked in car was GF22) and contact me. But really, probably not much point, no doubt be lip service. Suggest all the management take a good look at the business and service you provide, and do something about it urgently! It’s obviously taken me some time to write this review, not something I do often. It’s due to the incredibly poor and disappointing service and attitude. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Go elsewhere - highly recommend Macclesfield Audi.

4 bolts loose on car even one fell out after 120 mile trip home. Broken mirror switch 21 minor dents found in car after busing my dent guy to remove the 2 I noticed. No contact from them. Once they hav your money. Bye bye😡
I’ve bought cars over the years mostly jaguar/Landrover this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.I bought a 2020 e-tron the delivery time from purchase was a joke10 days,when collecting car was dirty and had stone chips and scratch on bonnet.Idid get a 1500 pound reduction but on reflection I should have left the car.They don’t return calls even the after sales manager 12 in total.The relationship was soured by the salesman and his definition of the truth.This car was definitely not prepared to any sort of standard especially a main dealer they didn’t deserve my business or my cash.The only good thing about this dealership is the gent who invites you into the showroom he deserves a promotion to sales manager or better. I have to admit the Audi E -Tron is a great car to drive and be driven in.

Hi I had to go to Manchester Audi for new parts and fittings. Jacob was very helpful and professional and the parts were provided the same day. Have used them a couple of times now.
I’ve been to Manchester Audi 3 times, I’m yet to have a positive experience here. They’ve told me to collect the car when it wasn’t ready several times, not done the work they said they would carry out, even the free apology valet they gave me was a disaster as they said the hoover packed in so three weren’t able to carry it out. Don’t waste your time here and give your money to a more deserving garage!
