All I can say is , absolutely brilliant!! 1st class service! Can not do enough for you! Have purchased brand new motor before from main dealer and not had the level of service these guys provide!!! Watch what you buy from M&K Motors Ltd. Bought a van from Martin in dec 16 it been in and out for a whole year with starting problems and oil leak problems he as never fixed it to be honest I don’t think he knows how to fix it I’ve since taken my van to a decent mechanic and av put it right at a cost I’ve had crank bearings replaced timing issue fault they striped engine to find timing sprocket fitted wrong replaced injectors as they were full of water rusted all of this work was apperntly done on purchase of van. The owner who is called Martin is ignorant moody and thinks he king at his job what a joke so people be aware of what you buy because his after sales is 0 bad bad bad. They don’t just sell vans they break them to so you can imagine the parts they get you know we’re they come from. Bad bad bad company never again

Dear Paul and Kay I see you've both left me a review for the same vehicle. Re your complaint of Crank bearing failure. This was 2 or more years after purchasing the van and I can't see how that could be anything we had done prior to you purchasing it. I'm confident it would have failed within weeks of purchase if that was the case. After a mot history check on your vehicle I can see you'd done in the region of 17,000 miles in the van before you've posted this review re injectors being seized in. I unfortunately cannot help the water ingress as we didn't design the van. You've not stated the injectors had failed, just your technician had found them seized upon removal we cant help this matter. Re second hand parts we are able to fit second hand parts to repair a second hand van under warranty this is not uncommon. We will often do this as a process of elimination especially when diagnosing a fault. Under your warranty term yes you did have issues with the van and I'm sorry for that. Unfortunately I can't foresee the future but we did put right what went wrong for you both. When you suffered the gearbox failure. A reconditioned gearbox was fitted and you were provided a courtesy van throughout the repair time free of charge. (As we do with all our customer under warranty) Apologies for being grumpy but you did message me at 7.30am on a Sunday morning re a wheel imbalance and Sunday is my only day off work. I also don't know of many garages that are open or would respond to you at 7.30 am on a Sunday morning as I did. We always do our best to rectify faults and keep our customers happy and on the road. Sorry you feel you didn't receive a suitable service from us I feel we couldn't of any more for you both.

I recently bought a 2012 vivaro from here, and could not be happier! I had asked the owner if he could find me a perticular van and within two weeks he had presented me with a very clean a tidy silver lwb vivaro. I found all his staff extremely helpful who can't do enough for you. I'd 100% recommend this business to anyone.
M&K Motors, provide a first class service and will go out of their way to help customers old and new, i have had 2 vehicles from M&K and have to say the service was excellent, rated 5 stars for me and a very happy customer too, would highly recommend them to anybody purchasing their next vehicle.
Superb service from Martin and his staff. I've had numerous cars and vans serviced and repaired with him and he has always been very attentive and repaired any problems with accuracy and professionalism.

Bought a van dec 16 of mk vans first of gearbox went which they fixed hence one star then key fob went 65 pounds then turbo went 500 pounds then needed brake discs 180 pounds mind you I only got new ones on on purchase of van dec 16 we are now August 17 then alternator 356 pounds still in 2017 nov then trouble starting dec 17 jan 18 feb 18 mar 18 apr 18 still trouble starting Krank senser making it not start they sort of fixed it but van has own character now after about 5 turnover it starts and to finish of back brake calipers 256 pounds and that is what 7000 thousand pound van you get wow and he is grumpy as hell takes to much on

So you bought a van in 2016, had a fault, they repaired this fault, so clearly they honoured the warranty, replaced the turbo again under warranty based on how I read it, but you are now complaining that you have had to replace a caliper and crank sensor at your own cost over 12 months after you bought the van. So your review is used vans don't last forever and clearly this dealer has tried to help you.
