Avoid this garage, they are not a friendly family business like they make out they are. Enquired about a car and spoke to Adrian, who was all friendly. I asked if there was any movement on price and he said maybe and give me a call back within an hour. Follow his failure to call back, I chased him he said there was no movement of the price, infact he then increased the price of the car. Avoid this garage.

I just purchased a Jeep Renegade and had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph McCormack. From the initial enquiry, Joseph was extremely helpful, professional, explained the whole process and furnished me with additional pictures, a personal video of every detail of my car and kept me fully informed from beginning to delivery on a distant sale purchase. The car was serviced, had a brand new m o t and a comprehensive warranty. I can't recommend Joseph and this dealer high enough. Whether you live local or any part of the UK you can trust this dealer to give you a incredible experience and the highest standards of service. They also deliver anywhere in the UK. Purchased a Hyundai i10 for the wife's birthday .needed some jobs doing .was promised work would be done .let down on pickup day car not ready.second pick up day arrived to pick up car mirror not fixed as promised .told to take car home and they would supply courtesy car to our house .take our car away and return it when repaired.no courtesy car no phone calls no nothing .repaired the car ourselves.went down to dealership myself (waste of time phoning would just get fobbed off with excuses) lost my temper a bit told the salesman it's the worst dealership i have ever dealt with ..maybe because we were pensioners and not spending loads of money we did not count
I wouldn't wish my experience with Mangoletsi on my worst enemy. This dealership has managed to turn what should have been a joyful car ownership experience into an unending nightmare. I purchased a Fiat 500e from Mangoletsi at the end of August, and what followed has been nothing short of a horror story. I've owned the car for just over a month in total, as it has spent the majority of its time at the dealership due to repeated breakdowns. Since the first breakdown in the end of Sep, I have rarely been able to drive my car (now is mid-Nov!), as it continues to exhibit the same problem over and over again. What's truly maddening is their inability to fix the issue. Despite multiple visits and what seems like countless attempts at repair, the problem persists. It's as if they're throwing darts blindfolded, hoping to hit the mark. Well, I'm here to say that their aim is abysmal. If this wasn't frustrating enough, Mangoletsi's customer service is a train wreck. After leaving my car with them for what turned out to be a never-ending saga of breakdowns, I was repeatedly told that a courtesy car was "unavailable", even during lengthy two-week repairs. I would call them dozens of times per day, only to be met with ringing and no response. And if, by some miracle, you do manage to get through, be prepared for the runaround. They have an incredible talent for promising to "look into the case" and "call back in the afternoon." Spoiler alert: they never do. It's a never-ending cycle of frustration. In summary, Mangoletsi has turned what should have been a simple car purchase into a never-ending nightmare. If you value your sanity, time, and hard-earned money, please steer clear of this dealership. There are countless others out there that actually value their customers and provide reliable service. Mangoletsi, you should be ashamed of your complete disregard for your customers. This is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

What a load of rubbish. I've had over a 100 cars this was the best experience l ever had. Obviously this person kicks the heads of daffodils in Spring to spoil something beautiful. Tony Child
They are not really interested in your problems caused by them. My 2020 Range Rover ran perfectly but needed a full service and one of those comparison websites came up with Mangoletsi. The day they wanted the car, so I took it only to find they could not do the service that day. They gave me a courtesy car. After the service the car drove back home 10 miles no problem but 2 days later I one to get some petrol and I stopped by a pump that was out of order. I then tried to start the car. Nothing. I got my wife to come and take me home., where I rang Mangoletsi. The immediate reaction was it cannot be our problem as we only changed the filters. This does not mean that they have not disturbed the electrics. The manager it not contactable. They will be in touch. Nothing. It is now being towed to a Range Rover garage! This will not be a cheap experience! It is now being towed to a Rover dealer!!
We bought our car from Jake who had only been in the job about 4 weeks! He was very knowledgeable about everything! He will definitely go far in the car business! Manners were impeccable! Well done Jake!!
Unlike others we actually received a car from Mangoletsi Knutsford, but only after literal months of needless back & forth. My partner & I were on the market for Tesla & found a good option advertised by Mangoletsi. We contacted them & immediately Karl Hobart was on hand to sort us with information on the car & payment, even throwing in free delivery. Karl said the car needed some updates & valeting but that it should be ready for delivery when we need it. It all seemed perfect, until we paid the deposit. when delivery was initially planned for 3 weeks later we were told the car was not updated or valeted so was not ready (what had they been doing for 3 weeks?). From this point communication on their part stopped entirely. I don't know if they receive commission for sales, or a decent wage - but they won't contact you whatsoever. If I didn't ring & pester them I genuinely wouldn't have heard from them again which is crazy. Delivery was scheduled for week 4 (which wasn't good enough), but was mysteriously cancelled as Karl said that he had noticed the boot didn't open fully & needed to order new parts to fix it before delivery. If they checked the vehicle as they stated then this would have been found on day 1. It turned out to be a lie as when the vehicle was delivered, it was the first thing we checked & there were no new parts anywhere in the boot (it was even rusted as it was clearly the original & working fine. This was incredibly frustrating. Over the 8 weeks they would ring us just a single time. This was on week 5 when Sam Horne, a manager, realised that Karl had taken an illegal payment of thousands over the phone & wanted to fix it immediately to save themselves. I knew from buying pretty much anything that this was illegal, but at this point would try anything to speed up the deal (what car sales company is unaware of this law?!). Despite the funds leaving my account instantly, the refund processed in 3 days, meaning that for that time we were without over £30,000. With the dodgyness of the company we were concerned that we may not see the car or money again. Thankfully it was returned, confirming that this was a genuine company no matter how terribly run. That illegal mishap meant that delivery was to be delayed yet another week, & we were starting to believe that the car wouldn't come - which even led to us starting to look at other options for an easier life, even though we really wanted the car. Mangoletsi showed no urgency to take funds or send the car. I was ringing Karl & Sam every day for clarity & was often told lies that they were busy or not in when I knew that not to be the case. At this point we hadn't even been sent an invoice or any documents. When Karl did send the invoice, it was the incorrect figure. It appeared that they couldn't even get the basics right time & time again. After reading other scathing reviews online we had lost all excitement for the car arriving, & had almost lost interest. We viewed another car & agreed with that seller that if the car didn't arrive by next week we would go with him. Nobody around us could believe how bad this company were. The car finally arrived by week 7. A miracle. After inspection we noticed that the car hadn't been cleaned inside or out, the boot had clearly not been worked on - & worst of all the windscreen was broken as the glass had a big crack down the bottom corner. They lied about valuable features within the car such as the winter heating package, which was not present. They obviously knew this but sent it down anyway hoping I wouldn't see. I called Karl & he said he would sort it. They ended up wanting me to claim on my insurance so it would be as cheap as possible for them (dodgy). They also said that they would pay me a compensation figure for all of the defaults. Since this I haven't heard back from them & don't think I will again. The absolute worst car company I have ever had to deal with. Difficult at best, illegal at worst. I strongly advise staying well away.
Was told the car we were going to purchase was pristine & had full Mercedes service history when arrived was far from perfect had accident damage to the front refused vehicle & got refunded Connor was main contact now up for sale with no Mercedes service history tell lies all the time there was so much not to be happy about this car only good thing is we managed to get a full refund Beware

Well where to start really. This dealership has had my jeep for two months and still the repair has not been completed. I was told the part needed to be sourced which I appreciate can take perhaps up to a week or so with it needing to be shipped but it took well in excess of this for some reason. I have since rung the garage on several occasions for an update (no curtesy calls from them) the last being after my MOT and service was scheduled to be done ( I have since received reminders this is overdue!). I was informed it would be done by early this week and after hearing nothing I again chased them, today, To be told the technician was working on it... Im due to go on Holiday on Friday and so need a car. When I asked politely ( though i was fuming inside) for a courtesy car I was told they had nothing until the 14t of August.... now this is a garage we are talking about. I should add I have paid for the part and work ( via pay assist) so Im stuck. Its too late for me but my advice to anyone, is steer clear ( no pun intended. Shocking. All the gear , no idea.
I bought a new electric car. When I got home the was only an 13amp charger and no charger for public charge points. A couple of other small issues. I’ve tried phoning and emailing but after 4 days I’ve had no response. Twice I’ve spoken to staff and they told me the salesman would get back. He didn’t. I tried contacting other options on the answerphone but they too go to ‘leave a message.’ I’ve contacted the CEO and sales manager ( email addresses not difficult to work out). If no response I’ll go to their other profiles on social media. It seems my last option is to go back to the garage and give the car back under the Consumer Rights Act. If you use them then I’d suggest you keep a diary of every attempted contact and if you do speak with anyone then get their names. I would NOT advise anyone to use them.
