Word to the wise of anyone who is thinking of buying a new or used car from Mangoletsi Knutsford. In a word Don't you'll regret it as after sales service and customer services if you have an issue is non existent. Don't say I haven't warned you.

They kept my Jeep for 2 months till they finally fixed it and in the end although I paid a massive a bill they forgot to adjust the gearbox so I had to return my car and loose 2 more days.... Very costly for such a cheap service. You can never get through as they don't answer the phone. Most of them are too posh to deal with customers but their service is the worst!

Make sure all paperwork is in order before taking delivery. Make sure they are in pocession of the V5. Took a long while & lots of calls / messages to get V5. Previous owner at fault but dealership should be aware of these sorts of problems. However I'm very pleased with the car, so far.

I bought a car from this dealer just before Christmas but when it arrived there was no service history or paperwork as shown online. I have tried to contact them every day for 2 weeks and am told that someone will get back to me but no one does. It would seem once you'be paid they don't care about you at all! Really really bad customer service!!! Don't use!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I had issues with a car i purchase there(regrettably) and so i took it so they'd have a look whilst still under warranty. They gave me the car back Saying there was no issues with it plus it passed its MOT. 2 days after the car leaves me stranded again....they dont want to take responsibility for it now. Plus the guy i spoke to kept lying making things up to win an argument instead of offering a solution. Unbelievably low level of customer service. Dont buy from them. Absolutely disgusting

Just spent 1 hour driving to view a car which we made an appointment to view. When we turned up the salesman decided to inform us during our allocated time that someone else had made an appointment to view the same car and was on a test drive during our appointment. A phone call would of been much appreciated to save us the long wasted journey. An apology would’ve been appreciated after the major disappointment!
