From Purchase through servicing / recalls this dealership has to be the worst I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Sales team managed to get most things wrong with the purchase. My car came in for a repair and I was given a courtesy car (free of charge) Fault fixed (free of charge) car valeted (part of Mangoletsi driver club) Take it and pay for it if its offered. No Issues whatsoever. Great customer care shown by full service team and a note of how professional Arron Johns. I assess customer service NVQ,s at all levels for a living and will use my positive experience at Mangoletsi when I teach how it should be done. Please Mangoletsi, continue to look after my car needs in the future. Merry Christmas.

Great service, I could have had this car within 3 days if I'd wanted, even offered to deliver it! Great little car, well presented and a nice welcome from all the friendly staff. What more can I say, my wife said it was worth buying it for the chocolates.!! Thanks Jonathan, see you again

Yesterday I purchased a used Fiat Panda and was very satisfied with the service I received. Jon Ogden was very helpful and the sale went through without a hitch. The car was beautuifully presented and looked very smart. I am pleased that my son took me to Mangoletsi where we found several cars of the type I wanted, and I look forward to using the car for the forseeable future.

When i bought my 2009 nissan pixo the sales man told me that all the advisorys had been done which was a lie as i got a second oppinion frim my local garage and they told me the ball joints brake discs brake pads air con fan belt rear wiper blade and exhaust had been replaced. Non of the above has been done i complained to the manager and he has refused to have the repairs done and wont give me my money back the guys name is joe at mangoletsi knutsford i now have to pay a local garage to do the work that mangoletsi should have done iv been mislead and lied to by joe ans the warrenty didnt cover anything so iv had to argue to get that refunded but im 3000 pounds out of pocket and stuck with a car that will wcost me at least 1000 to have the work done so it will pass another mot iam des

Good at selling cars but don't want to know you if you have problems. The service department is almost impossible to contact. I have never known a company that's so bad in my time of 60 years of buying cars.

I have just bought a Fiat 500 Hybrid from Mangoletsi. Service was friendly and informative with a better than expected px on my car. Joe was very helpful and kept me informed at each stage of the process. I would certainly go back to Magoletsi. Peter

If you want your deposit refunded 'think' carefully.... Took 3wks to refund my deposit. Ignored phone calls and emails. Not good
