The unfortunate reality is that if you purchase a car through Mangoletsi in Knutsford you are soon going to have to contact their woeful aftersales and service team. You will recieve great service during the purchase process and when I purchased mine I really wanted to give them a chance despite what other reviews and peoples' previous experiences said. This was an error on my part and I would strongly encourage anyone buying a car to think twice about going through Mangoletsi and steer well clear of them to avoid the high likelihood of headaches down the road (literally and metaphorically!!!!) Because of the poor service I ended up voluntarily terminating my agreement at the first possible opportunity to get out of it.

During the course of my business (buying used cars for retail) I visit many main dealers throughout the country collecting vehicles myself. 1st of Aug 2019- I entered the showroom and approached a desk straight in front of the door at the center of the showroom where a middle aged grey man with glasses was sitting staring at a computer screen. The usual reaction I get is that the 1st person I encounter acknowledges me and and asks how they can assist, before I get the chance to say anything. This guy, who was facing in my direction, did nothing, didn't speak, didn't look..... completely blanked me. I thought ....this visit is going to be interesting and continued to wait for a reaction.....nothing. I pulled out paperwork for a vehicle I was collecting, still nothing - as if I was not there. Due to his ignorance, I decided to wait directly in front of him for a response. After at least 5 mins. his colleague spoke and contacted the person I needed to speak to . Still no response from the 1st guy. I am at a complete loss as to what his role is but he did nothing but stare at the computer screen during the 20 mins I was in the showroom. The owners of this business need to take a look at how things run here, get a mystery shopper in or just speak to your customers. You can halve the number of staff roaming around and would probably not miss them. I employ 4 staff myself and I am surprised that some places still allow their staff to behave in this way, and why would they want to behave like this?? In a way I am pleased to see that some main agents still operate in this way as they drive many customers away.... into the more welcoming environments of independent dealers.

Just don't do it! see all the negative reviews...bought a new Abarth Spider in April 2019...assured that the car had sat nav....not the case when I came to pick it up- it was sat nav enabled but had no SD card. Spent 2 hours trying to negotiate and when I threatened to walk away the 'manager' wrote that an SD card for my sat nav would be sent in the post...this eventually arrived after 6 weeks after 5 reminders....problem solved! Not quite this is Mangoletsi after all! The SD didn't work so I sent it back....still waiting for a replacement that works 3 months after purchasing the car! On the plus side, the car is fantastic! Have informed the leasing company about the 'excellent' service I received!

I drove down from Perth to pick up my new car,yesterday. Jamie and Victoria were extremely helpful and professional. The car was prepared to a very high standard,and I am very happy with the overall deal. I would definitely deal with Mangoletsi Knutsford again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend / family member. Keep up the ( very ) good work guys !!

Purchasing a car from Mangoletsi is efficient and painless, but the aftersales service is a disaster. The car we purchased has been back repeatedly. They appear to be unable to diagnose even the simplest of problems, and before you know it they have had your car for 3 weeks without contacting us with any kind of update. When you contact them no-one appears to know what is going on. We will not be purchasing another car from them.

Well don't say I didn't warn you if it all goes wrong, car sales is the great bit, then the aftersales service is where it all goes wrong, car has had a new clutch and turbo spent 8 weeks overall in the garage and we have only done 1000 miles and you guessed it another problem with the turbo that was newly fitted, lost my faith in their ability to fix my car and the attitude of some staff can be abrasive at best, good luck if you use Mangoletsi Knutsford.

We had a slight problem with a fuel cap filler flap, phoned Service Dept, they agreed it needed replacing under warranty. Part was ordered, painted to match then I was phoned to agree an appt time. Flap was fitted while I waited at no charge AND the car was washed and valeted all within 40 mins. Very impressed with Mangoletsi Knutsford. Mike

We currently have an Alfa Romeo Giulietta with Mangoletsi Knutsford but after recently starting a family we were tempted by the offers they sent us for the Jeep Compass. We live approximately 1 hours drive away from Mangoletsi so we initially enquired over the gone to asses if this was something that was an option financially, unfortunately despite sending us countless marketing emails with car offers they seemed unable to return a phone call to give us any further information and prices. After chasing this for a week we finally got some figures from them and arranged an appointment to go and test drive a car the following weekend. We were excited to go for the test drive and organised the food our 8 month old baby would need while we were out. We arrived at Mangoletsi, had a quick walk round and a look at the cars and then went to find a staff member, we informed them we had an appointment with Leigh and we were told he was with a customer but another staff member would help us. This was no problem and the guy helping us was great, he ran through the details and said he would organise a car to take us for a drive. He came back after a few minutes to inform us that there was not a car available for us to drive despite having had an appointment to do so. He gave his apologies and after spending about ten minutes there we drove an hour back home with our baby after completely wasting a day of our weekend. There is a very good chance that we would have purchased a car had one been available to drive but after this level of service we will not be returning to Mangoletsi. I would not recommend them to any prospective customers. I have no idea how they sell the higher end models when their service is so lacking.
