Appalling service, not to be trusted. Brought a car during lockdown on the word of the salesman that all was in order. After I had made payment, I was told that the spare keys were to follow. No after sales service at all, no response to numerous emails. Clearly have no intention of providing the spare key - leaving me with a bill for £250 to put right.

Mann Motors said would post documents to delay. 6 weeks later I had not received car tax refund. They had not sent the paperwork. Has never returned my calls.

Please do not use Mann Motors!!! They are frauds and lying bastards! They will sell you a car that has got loads of problems and deceive you with a 6 months warranty! My car started developing tons of problems less than 3 months after I bought it and I had to do loads of trips there for them to solve the problems which should come under the warranty but they kept lying to me and never did anything! There’s a certain very rude and uncouth idiot there called Gary! He lies through his teeth and hasn’t no honesty in him! Do not do business with these fools! They sold me a car with a faulty Dpf now I have got to spend thousands of pounds to get a new one fitted! You have been warned, flee from them or you will regret it. If you want a car that will last I seriously recommend going elsewhere and not buy anything from this. If you only want a car that last a few months go right ahead. I got fobbed off and lied to ! As another reviewer has stated you have been warned !
