Really, if you are reading this and thinking about buying a car from Manor Oak Cars, don't do it, walk away, think about your time (they will waste it), think about your family (you might put them through unnecessary stress), think about your money (it will be wasted). These guys are AWFUL beyond belief, no remorse, no concern and complete clowns, which they are fully aware of it! I made the mistake to buy a Mercedes from these clowns. The car did not start on the day I went to pick it up, they had left the keys on the tyre and the shop was closed, so I had to stay over in a local hotel just to deal with the situation on the next day. Drove the car back to London eventually, after a few weeks the power steering stopped working, and these clowns (Jamie, Ryan, etc) refused to pick the phone/collect the car for OVER 1 MONTH. This went on for OVER 2 MONTHS, and me having to commute back and forth from London to deal with them. A word of advice, when you go and see them, just look for signs and you will see they are full of BS - AVOID!
I saw a Mercedes e320 online at manoroakcars.co.uk during Covid and it had about 20 photos, and looked amazing. However, when I went to pick up the car, 200 miles away, I found the car was not as described. The car had lots of issues from day one. Firstly, it had 4 bald tyres which i only noticed after going to put air in to drive home from the garage, as one tyre was completely flat. It had minor scratches everywhere, big noticable cracks in the front and back bumpers, 2 small, but noticable dents in the body work, 3 inch cracks in the dashboard, a half hanging off bonnet lever, a bonnet that didnt shut on one side, the car itself was covered in moss, dirt and dried up leaves, and a badly chipped windshield - nothing like the photo at all, and would never pass an MOT if it went in for inspection that day. BUT the advert photo showed it was clean, shiny, immaculate even. In fact the ad said the car was in "excellent condition" and that wasnt the worst part. Thew worst was yet to come. As I had already paid a substantial non refundable deposit and travelled all the way there on a £150 one way train tickert, plus £20 taxi fare, and considering the time of day, getting there etc and getting back, I just took the car and thought I would resolve it when I got home as the car was repairable despite the issues and the only train tickets left were over £250 at a riddiculous time of night, so I just took the car which I had paid for and didnt ask for my money back on the day. As I drove home on the motorway, thats when I was afraid. The car steering wheel shook violently over 60mph and I my heart sank. This car was meant to be for my family so we could get about etc. It was at that point I realised I made a mistake buying it, so when I got home I went to the local mechanic who said the work was around £1500 to put it all right, including repraying, filling, tyres, bonnet lever, bonnet clip, wheel tracking, balencing, servicing, etc. So I paid the mechanic to put it right and asked the garage to contribute to this. They refused, so I issed a MCOL and got a CCJ against them.

I have just read your review, I have spent 3000 on a car from them, numerous emails texts etc and still no response. They car was not fir for purpose and would not pass an MOT, Im still waiting for a response since january.
Beware. This car dealer sells Cat D write offs and doesn't inform the buyer. A word of warning - if you buy from this dealer make sure you do your own HPI check.

Yes they court me as well .buyer beware ive just lost £4000.
This clown sold me a car with a blown head gasket. I returned the vehicle after a week of ownership so his mechanic could inspect and he told me he would repair or refund. After over a week of chasing I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when clearly there was, so I asked for refund to which I was threatened with his solicitors and legal team. I would advise anyone who is looking at a vehicle at this garage to stay well clear and take a look at the following link https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/local-news/consumer-rights-second-hand-cars-15238829.amp I’m sure you will all agree that Loren or Jamie as he likes to trade under is a con artist and an absolute clown. Stay well well clear of this circus of a dealership

No receipts sent to my email after they took the deposit and never got told is non refundable and no imprint in there website stated that the deposit is not refundable. Not so professional and I wont recommend it to anyone.

Joe from Manor Oak Cars in response to Deposit of the car
Customer assured us he had finance in place, and wanted the car. We took a small deposit. We turned a number of customers away, as deposit had been taken for an assured sale, subject to seeing the car. Customer took car for a test drive, loved the car, then went away to confirm with his finance company that he wanted the car. Turns out had had a very poor credit rating, and they would not finance the car, so he broke his verbal contract with us. Warning, before you commit to buying a car, and enter a verbal contract, make sure you have your finances in place first!
JUST WANT TO SAY BIG THANKS TO THE CHAPS AT MANOR OAK CARS. FOR ALL THERE HELP WITH PURCHASING MY CAR. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THANKS TO JOE. AND OWNER JAMIE TWO SOUND CHAPS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THIS GARAGE AGAIN. WOULD RATE 5/5.

Terrible aftersales at Manor Oak Cars. I was lied to, promised reimbursement of costs and have still received nothing. Check the vehicle fully including the underside as they don't seem to service them before sale.
