The customer service here was absolutely ace, I honestly cannot fault them on that front. They let me look around with no pressure but I knew where they were when I wanted to talk to them. The were super friendly and good with negotiation. I have already suggested Manor Wood Cars to a few of my friends because it is a really decent place. The Qashqai I but has been as good as gold on the whole.

Came to see the guys at Manor Wood for a little run around for my Mrs; but fell in love with a BMW 5 series for myself. The guys at Manor Wood, especially Ben, were amazing. No pushy sales; just good honest conversations. No doubt will be the first port of call for when my lad passes his driving test.

I am blown away by the standard of service provided by Manor Wood Cars, the initial car I bought had some problems resulting in it needing to be returned. I was slightly wary about how this process might go but I need not have worried because they were absolutely brilliant, they got the ball in motion immediately and got me sorted with a Nissan Qashqai instead which I absolutely love and haven't had a single problem with! I am completely and 100% happy, they couldn't have acted more professionally or been more reassuring. Sometimes this is the nature of buying second hand cars and what matters is the way the dealer handles it.

Historically I am the type of customer who will only shop at the main dealers for a cars but after a bit of a disappointing experience last time I decided to shop around for my next car and this is how I ended up finding Manor Wood Cars. I am more impressed with Manor Wood than any of the past experiences I had. The customer service, knowledge and aftercare supersedes anything I have experienced before. They are most definately doing themselves a favour operating in such a courteous way. Even when I was viewing the car they were talking me through it being incredibly transparent and letting me know what look for. I can't fault them.

It was my first time dealing with Manor Wood Cars when I found a Citroen C3 for sale with them that ticket the boxes for me. I went down to their site on a Sunday and I found the garage to be very clean and tidy. The team were very approachable too so I felt comfortable throughout the process. The car was true to description. No complaints from me.
