I purchased a VW EOS from Mansel Motors. I have had some bad luck with the car but nothing that could have been helped by the dealership. The car was in reasonably good condition when I collected it and the value for money is quite good.

I purchased a BMW from here back in July. The car was clean and in very good condition and I have had no major issues. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the value for money is really good. I would recommend.

Mansel Motor Company is the WORST PLACE EVER!!! STAY WELL AWAY!!! I brought a car from this place about a year ago and had nothing but problems with it since, I have tried on several occasions to contact the dealer but he ignores all my phone calls. He initially said he would pay to have all the problems fixed but done nothing about it,not a man of his word. My advice...Do not trust this guy.
When i went to Mansel motor company in Birmingham I think they should have told me more about car. i paid the money over and then they took it into the garage because it still needed MOT and tax. It took near 3 weeks to have this and all along ive had to badger them for information. Based on this I would say that i wouldnt recommend them, however I did speak to the guy in the garage in he promises me that they are very reputable and caring, so maybe i was unlucky but i can only review on what happened to me

Mansel Motor company are a used car dealership selling cars in Birmingham and nationwide for over 25 years. Over 60 vehicles including sports, prestige, 4x4 and small car models are available on site. All vehicles are HPI certified, pre inspected and come with RAC warranty cover. A full range of finance facilities are available. This dealership also purchases cars for cash and welcomes part exchanges. Open 7 days a week and viewing appointments can be booked if desired.
