Maple Tree Cars were upfront, honest and helpful throughout. I took my car back with a fault which they quickly resolved. I'd say they are the best used car dealership I've dealt with.

This was a straight forward and easy transaction. I had a couple of issues with the car since buying it in March but they stuck by it and sorted them out with no hassle at all. As far as buying a car goes and being a previous customer of this garage in Colchester I am very happy.

on first visit the sales team were very helpfull and genuine, after buyer the car the following day it had major faults , I had to take time off work and drive the car to then on 7 occasion , loosing 7 days of work as they wouldnt help even though it was faulty unless I took it to them. the faults were bodged time after time on the cheap as a quick fix but it didnt work so eventually they had to spend the money and fix it. I have had nothing but problems with the car and they just didnt care just sloppy cheap work on it to get me away again, this is my first familly car and its been a disaster and they also damaged the car whilst they had it and even though it was in black and white there was no damage when I dropped it off they kept fobbing me off and never repaired it. useless back street dodgy dealership not trustworthy just want your money for a dodgy repaired car.
