WOW. I applied to Mark Andrews as I am starting a new job & need transport. They tried to get me earlier in the week but yesterday afternoon I called them and they sorted everything. Today I went down from Stirling, Scotland and drove away with a Ford Focus. No hassle what so ever and yes I would recommend them and YES I will go back to them.

I have just brought my second car form Mark Andrews Used Cars, I can honestly say they are quick efficient and find the right car for you. the widest selection i have seen for a long time, they are helpful and not a typical pushy sales person. Everything was sorted in 24 hours of me arriving, so i could drive home in my new Dodge. So very grateful to them and will certainly re-visit if ever i need a new car, and have recommended to all of my friends. FANTASTIC!!!!

Fantastic Dealership , Fantastic Service I purchased a ford focus from Mark Andrews just over twelve months ago and i can say hand on heart the whole experience was stress and hassle free. I had a slight issue with the car a couple of months after purchase which they repaired without argument or cost to me. Highly recommended and my son purchased a Fiat Punto last week from them for his first car.

Purchased a Renault Clio from Mark Andrews five months ago and I wouldn't have any hesitations to recommend them at all, I have quite bad credit so I was expecting if honest to be treated second class but I was completey taken aback by their friendly , professional attitude. They made me and my husband feel very welcome and at ease with the whole process and the car we purchased hadn't been a minutes trouble. It came with twelve months mot and warranty (which we haven't had to use although it gives us peace of mind ) 1000% will use them again in the future.

I went to this dealer firstly in 2012 and had a fantastic deal on a 2009 BMW 320d it was the only car i wanted and they didn't have one available so the staff there spent alot of time working around my personal preferences and found my dream car it was exactly what they told me it was and i couldnt't of been happier, so this year in june i took my car back to trade in for a new one and again the service was overwhelming the staff are all very helpful and polite i have recently picked up a 2011 insignia and it is fantastic it did need an MOT which they did for me and also changed a bearing and tyre for me which were advised on the MOT. this is my second car from this dealer and will look forward to having my third in a couple of years fantastic place and personally would recommend to anyone.

AVOID THIS DEALER!!! I had a 2010 Corsa for nearly 5 grand, within a week things were going wrong, no help from garage constantly in for repair, in the end the car ended up totally un-drivable, contacted garage to be told its not our problem. Ended up contacting financial ombudsman and trading standards. The owner of Mark Andrews Used Cars is very rude and intimidating but I knew my rights and got a satisfactory outcome in the end.

AVOID!!! Mark Andrews Used Cars sold me a car with a 'new MOT' which turned out to have a fault. Tried to complain but kept getting fobbed off, even told 'if you can't afford to put it right you shouldn't have bought a car!!' Terrible attitude and appalling customer service, typical take your money and run car dealer.
