Visited warrington branch...paid richard £100 on card £ 150 cash..due to inforseen circumstances canceled car( only seen pic on richards broken phone) made lots of calls ...richard left mark andrews...spoke to loads different people saying they wil contact head office again...received £100 card payment back ...spoke to nathan who said i only paid 110 cash not 150...he wasnt sat with us when i paid ...once again head office excuse...still waiting response from head office!!! my visit on 18.9.2017
Arfan sales representative was very helpfull nothing wasnt to much trouble he explained all about the cars very good sales person i recommend him highly
After reading the reviews I did not have the best feeling about the company. Until I spoke and dealt with one of the salesmen. Everything was explained to me properly , finally understand how the credit works and got my new beautiful car with bad credit. Big thank you to all the staff !

I got a BMW 1 Series on finance from Mark Andrews in Walsall I do actually love the car itself but the day I collected it I was told the log book had gone to another branch by mistake and they would send it in the post, fair enough I thought mistakes happen I was just excited to take my new car home but the log book never arrived in the post as promised and I had to pay for a new one myself so I could tax the car, I was told by one of the managers that I would be refunded but that was months ago and no matter how many times I call Mark Andrews chasing it still nothing, the car was parked in my garage for 7 weeks after buying it before I could even drive it which considering how much I’m paying with finance on the car and the fact that I still had to get taxis to work and back was frustrating to say the very least, it seems that they just don’t care about customers once they’re out the door which is a shame as in the beginning I had nothing but praise for them, their customer service certainly leaves a lot to be desired. -Siobhan from Stoke

Good evening Mark Andrews, As I explained in my review of your company, my issue was not with the purchase itself, but more so with the poor standard of service and the lack of common courtesy that was shown to me by your team afterwards. I found your staff rude and condescending on the phone (on the rare occasions anyone actually accepted my calls) and I also recall I was deleted and blocked from your Facebook page as well for no reason when I tried to make contact online. This tainted the overall experience that I got from your company and even if you were to refund me for the logbook now, months after buying the BMW from you, I would not feel compelled to change my review at this stage because it accurately describes the experience I had. May I suggest that you put the money I am owed for the logbook to better use and invest it in retraining your staff with some customer service skills or even just some basic manners, as judging by other reviews that I’ve read since posting my own it would seem that the reputation of your business could certainly benefit from it. -Regards, Siobhan.
On two occasions I drove to mark Andrews showrooms the first was in Washington and the second was walsall. The night before my second trip I called the walsall branch and I got told the had a blue Vauxhall corsa vxr that I was looking for. I asked could I put a deposit over the phone they said no it's first come first served. So I arrived at 8:30 the following morning and what a surprise the car was being cleaned, then it changed to the mechanic had taken it for a drive to finally it was sold. Absolute rubbish my guess is that the car didn't even exist and I had been lied to all along by Syed. Then Nathan came down stairs asking did I want to put a deposit down on a car they could buy in for me but I wouldn't get that car for a week. No one does that! Then finally Syed came back down from upstairs telling me that my funding level had dropped and tried to put me in a car that had quite clearly been painted with an aerosol can. I called the finance company myself and my funding level had not changed, they just want to put you in the car they decide. My advice don't even bother going there!!

Bad customer service. I rang them they put me on hold hung up on me and then when I run back they told me to stop calling. Worst deals ever, charge 14000 for a car thats £3000 tops. Range of cars they have- shit! If you want a car and have bad credit just wait until you have good credit and get one. Do not go to these! Absolutely the worst decision iv ever made. Im even considering i have learning disabilities, thinking about it now i don't know why i went with them.

A few points I would like to point out though are we are legislated by the finance companies to the prices we can charge so if a vehicle is valued at £3000 we would not be able to retail this vehicle for £14,000. If you are commenting in relation to the interest charged this is paid to the finance company and to ourselves and is reflected on a rate for risk basis as per accordance with your own personal credit profile. The range of vehicles we Stock cover all aspects from small city cars to prestige vehicles from a price range of £2999 - £29,999. We are also a warrantywise Approved Dealer and the vehicles have to prepared to a standard as set by themselves. As i have stated though I am concerned in relation to your feedback and if you could kindly contact myself personally I will be happy to investigate and review all aspects of your complaint with the aim of resolving to your satisfaction.
