Be careful buying from Mark Andrews. Had a car for 4 weeks from them, and the battery died. All full of false promises to reimburse, however literally hang up the phone when they realised who it was. Lots of problems with the car but nothing that would be noticed in the forecourt. They won't help once the deed Is signed. STEER CLEAR. Feel free to call back and do the right thing Grant Nassar.

Great team and staff professional and informant of anything i didnt know but asked about sorted my paper work out with me and even let me test drive the car really happy with my choice and really happy with the service and respect i got throughout my stay would definitely send friends to the showroom and get the same level of professionalism i did.
Had a joint application, all ok went to a appointment in warrington saturday 22nd was over 100 miles to get there, on arrival there was no "sales" people around, went to have a look at what cars where in, none to our fancy nore what we had asked for. Went to go sit down where we sat for a while, then pops out nathan he took all of our paper etc, asked us to wait and it shouldnt be long over 2 hours later, he re appears to say no, so basically we were angry that we had travelled there and sat there for no reason, The showroom as you would call it was dirty as were the toilets apparently they had only just opened there, Nathan is a waste of time, he says he will ring you dont believe that for a minute, you are the one constantly chasing them up, Do not buy a car from mark andrews, i have read reviews on them i can totally relate, There was a car that a couple had just bought when we were there i would be ashamed the car was filthy leaving,

Never in my life did I've seen someone that can lie to you so easy! Once you get your car, be sure you won't have anything to do with the customer services!!! They will always be with customers and never call back, the manager is even a bigger liar then the sales guys! Until you get the car, you won't believe how professional they are but then everything changes! DO NOT BUY A CAR WITHOUT THE LOGBOOK! THEY'LL SAY WE'RE DOING EVERYTHING YOU JUST WAIT! THEY WON'T DO NOTHING AND TELL YOU I JUST GOT BACK FROM POST OFFICE AND THINGS LIKE THAT! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

We've found ourselves in the same boat! Mark Andrews don't want to know. Told us that the log book was at their "Kent" branch and Kent told us that they have never had the car there let alone the log book. We now have car that is sitting on the drive, as we are not able to tax it cause the DVLA don't know who the real owner is. We are a car down as we part exchanged our old car and paid £400 deposit. We have told the finance company that Mark Andrews use that we are terminating contract with them and they have agreed to this, Mark Andrews have told us tough luck they aren't willing to take the car back. Finance company are appartently telling them that they must come and fetch it. Please, please do not ever use Mark Andrews, they are a bunch of con arttest!!! We are now approximately £1'000 out of pocket cause of these so called human's. How anyone who works for them sleep at night is beyond me!!!

Purchased car from them and found out once I had a problem that they have changed warranty companies so don't cover my repairs now. The customer service is absolutely shocking.

Bought a car 6 weeks ago, a 64 plate from Dumfries, today the car lost all power in the middle lane of the motorway, I had to arrange recovery myself, so called the company to be told the Dumfries place had closed down, so called the warranty company to be told we have no warranty, and the company do not deal with mark andrews anymore so no warranty. So called the main mark andrews numerous times, ended up in a argument and the staff telling us we were irritating them, and just take it to a garage ? What garage, who's going to pay, in the end the slammed the phone down, I called about 20 times after that, to them cut time off every time, we have he to rent a car for work etc, and a car that is broke, so STAY AWAY from them, and if you have bought a car check your warranty asap. I am going to look into taking action against them.

Put a deposit down on a Renault scenic £500 told expected delivery 7 to 10 days that was the last I heard from them. 3 weeks later I called and emailed no response done a bit of digging found terrible reviews about them. Also researched the car I had put a deposit down on it didn't even go for its mot till two weeks after I had put a deposit down and it FAILED the mot it has passed now but still no contact. Today almost 4 weeks later I contacted head office was advised I would get a call back an hour later that didn't happen I then called back five hours later to be told the Dumfries branch had went into liquidation and I was put through to another agent to arrange my refund fingers crossed it arrives.

Went to buy a car was told that all 3 cars that I was interested in were on site. When I arrived after a 45 mile drive was greater with a cup of tea. Then informed that none of the cars were there was told that they had all been sold that morning Likely story. Suspect that they advertise cars they haven't even got. Was then told that they had found a car same spec and colour and year older also 22000 miles more on the clock it could be there in 4 days. So ok I'll have a look at that. Then of goes salesman 1 hr later comes back with the figures. Car is £2600 more expensive than the original one I went for but a year older and more miles. Got up and walked away, get you there then try and mislead you. BE WARNED STAY WELL CLEAR.

Quite shocked at the level of service at Mark Andrews. First appointment, application/approval sat waiting around for 3 hours. Told I could collect the car on a set date and I called the morning to say I would be there for 12. Guy on the phone said the car would be ready.... I left the Walsall branch 6 hours later as the car was still in prep!! Car faulty and unsuitable so returned the day after. Cancelled that deal and was promised another car was sourced and would be available 7-10 days. 5th day I called to ensure everything was on track and was promised an update but nothing. This pattern followed up until the 10th day where I was then informed the car I was supposed to have had wasn't available!!! This left me in a situation with no car and work to travel to. I contacted the finance company who advised that they hadn't received the refund on the first car and couldn't proceed until this was resolved. More callback promises that never materialised and I have eventually been informed by the finance company that Mark Andrews will only be returning the funds this coming Monday! I have been left high and dry, having to waste time chasing progress and money on a hire car whilst waiting for things to be sorted. Disappointed at the level of service during and post transaction is a massive understatement and I would not use this company for any future car transactions!

Your very lucky the deal never went through, narrow escape trust me. Their sales team seem great until you have the car then if anything goes wrong they tell u to go away, your warranty wont be valid. I dunno how this guy is still trading or even sleeps at night, im in the process of giving them one last chance to sort this before i hit trading standards social media every tool at my disposal to make sure they pay for treating me this badly.
