Had a car from these and it had a problem with clutch after 2 days. All they said was ring the aftersales team. Then they told me to ring the warranty company and they was about as much help as a chocolate teapot so I've just dropped keys through letterbox and cars on forecourt.
Had a problem with the vehicle from day 1...at 1st they were quite helpful or so I thought ...none of the jobs that it went in for were done and was told to take to an independent garage ..at my expense it was diagnosed as a faulty Injector..they refused to repair it and said it wasn't the problem to start with ..after sales is rubbish passed from one person to another continuously needless to say it's cost a fortune as the warranty company are as bad ...stay away.

We would like to thank Mark Andrews used cars for being so helpful in helping us find our new car yesterday, in particular Cameron Dale, what a lovely and very helpful young man, he is a real credit to the company. We will certainly use this company again.

Having read the reviews on here I was very sceptical but hey it's the internet everyone puts negative things on the internet. Anyway spoke to the team in my home town or maidstone and spoke to a lovely guy called Anthony very informative and gave us all the answers we need. I took my dad down to the site with me to look at the cars to make sure they were good which they were the only reason I didn't buy was due to having a provisional licence which I didn't tell Anthony but I will definitely be going back when I pass my test!!
I got told after signed paperwork that they have no log book for vehicle and then do our own hpi check to find out still had outstanding finance on it and then get phone calls from people that have all our details about credit agreement and everything and few other bits that won't go into. Then to be told from someone from there place not to touch the vehicle as it's got lots of history with it and it's not good. Yes I have to admit the staff was good but like everyone keeps saying I just felt very rushed into buying it. I had no test drive and got told to take care with no tax and then to be told by dvla we will have to wait 5 to six weeks before we can get new logbook. Im glad I got out of the finance deal.

How did u get out of it? I am still fighting them.
Hi purchased a car from Mark Andrews in Nuneaton after seeing there advert on Facebook. . . Originally went to Evans Halshaw but was declined Finance as I've never really had any finance except my mobile phone contract. Thought I wouldn't get accepted but applied online on the Thursday night and drove away in a lovely automatic Ford Fiesta on the Friday. Over all experiences the building is a little run down but they explained it's because all the new sites are gonna be superstores like the Walsall site and there moving in about 6 - 12 months and to be fair I was driven down the Walsall tonpick my car up and it does look top notch to be fair. Secondly staff where wonderful and very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. Thirdly paid about £30 more a month with them over 3 years more than Evans halshaw for an almost identical car but considering they wouldn't accept me I'm happy with tha.
To whom it may concern. Buying a car off these guys at Mark Andrews is not a good idea. Using these guys was pretty much the only option to get a better car as my credit history wasn't good enough for a new one. I bought the car 3 months ago and experienced a bit of an oil leak, I didnt really think much of it at first as maybe it was the sump silicone has wore off a tad. I found out later on after getting a diagnostic that this car has had some terrible work done as someone has rushed and bodged the car so it sustains a few 1000 miles and starts to play up. Im now £300 down and still the problem arises! I have phoned the warranty company and they are about as much use as a chocolate kettle. So now im ringing mark Andrews to be told id get a call back from after sales who are always in meetings or on courses!!! What a load of rubbish. The staff kept putting me through everyone at the call centre until someone dealt with the problem. I got promised 100% by casper to get a call bk from aftersales in 10 mins...never happened, called him back and said whats going on? "the manager is going to ring them now" still never happened! I will be taking them to the finance company and seeking advice from citizens advice to get compensated for this outrageous act of selling a car with a worthless warranty...stay clear people, go to somewhere that cares for your custom.., especially when I drove 2 hours and 30 mins from Essex to Walsall for aggravation. P.s Mark Andrews, if your reading this then I have no troubles in you knowing my name, car that got sold to me or any info as I have nothing to hide and you need to fix up and undo the damage you have done by selling me a car.
Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. I went to Mark Andrews via there Facebook site, purely to see if I could get a car on finance as my credit isnt great. I was told yes absolutely no problem at all. Drove 2 hours to see a guy called kevin who I spoke with on the phone, when we arrived it was a young boy named chris who dealt with us, left to sit for over 1 and a half hours while he ran up and down stairs. Can I just get this, can I just get that, can you log in to your online bank and then i will take the computer away!! Anyway shown a car, fell in love, within price range, jobs a good one. We will send car to garage and then come over on Saturday and it's yours. Awesome...... nope car fails on a major mechanical issue, but thank fully I was told. So visit number 2, partner dealt with them over the phone as I found them to be a little condescending. So partner was told yeah lovely Audi A3 in showroom, seen photos, fell in love again. All paperwork in order. Partner asks "Can we leave with the car tonight?" To which kevin replies "absolutely" so another 2 hour journey, another 2 hours of sitting about like spare parts, to be told no we can't drive away but he can get it delivered next day. A little upset. Anyway I call showroom at 9.30 next day to just check that car had been for its check and the driver was on his way, to be told that No the car has not left the showroom and I wouldn't be able to take delivery of it until middle of the following week!!!! So i said if thats the best that you can do thats going to have to do. Advised Ross to get it into the garage as soon as he possibly could. Long story short. Manager called me at 4.3pm that day as I was blazing when I spoke to earlier people at 9.30 in the morning to be told by him that Ross hd told him that I wanted to cancel the arrangement so the car had been sold. Here we are nearly 1 week later and I am still waiting for a call from manager/kevin about what is happening. The concept of this company is outstanding but I think they need to cut some of the dead weight from the payroll because quite frankly that is what is wrong here!

Still waiting for a manager callback, had to take my work contract to be photocopied, unfortunately due to how angry I was at the time I forgot to ask for said contract back. My partner rang 3 days later to ask for contract to be sent back....... I am still waiting. This is 4 months later. I wish the actual human Mark Andrews the best of luck. His staff are terrible.
My wife wanted a new car and seen car on mark Andrews site we called up and told YES car at Dumfries branch we done the finance approval over phone also while on phone I said we had car to part ex that had only had for 1 year I asked will this be a problem to be told not at all. Salesman booked me appointment for next day my wife now all happy . Next day me my wife and 3 year old get in car from Glasgow and head for Dumfries on arrival doors to showroom locked someone then comes let's us in we told salesman that supposed to be meeting us has went out so not so professional . We told to take a seat at old chairs and table right at window feel like I on sale as spend next 2 hours 15 minutes sat there . A saleswoman come to and from us every now and again to say "not be long " then we get told the car I was told day before on phone was here was sold over a week ago but they get a car for us in the end after about 2 hours 45 minutes another salesman appears to now say they can't do anything with part ex but we can buy a car and keep one we have ???? I got a car my wife has car now they saying just take another one on !!!!!!!!! Why have us drive from Glasgow when clearly can't do anything a wasted day for me and my family all I can say is if your thinking of getting a car from this company DONT there decent companies out there that will help you don't go to this unprofessional company
