Mark lilly is a great 5* car garage. Personally I have always been aware of some car dealers being a bit dodgy. But this was not the case at Mark Lilly. The sales manager Dan was most helpful and honest. They put our car through a service, mot and vallet before we collected the car. Would defiantly recomend Mark Lilly to anyone looking to buy a car. Drove away very happy customers.

Within three weeks of purchasing car we had brake problems. Had repair work done by mark Lilly garages, minimum parts replaced, been back on several occasions as car is still concerning. They are saying that it is ok, but this problem is still occurring. Car juddering, brakes squeaking, disc IS warped which we know as it’s been checked. They told us to get someone else to look at the car, because they don’t see anything wrong with it.

I bought toyota prius from Mark Lilly Garages and did part-exchange. All staff was very nice and professional. the car had 5 months left for MOT but they got MOT done as it had 1 advisory for 1 tyre. They got a new tyre and MOT was done with no advisories. car has been perfect so far. they gave me 3 months of warranty included with the price which is parts + labour. which can be extended if need be but then i'll have to pay. also they gave 12 months of RAC breakdown assitance and drop to home service for free.

All smiling when we bought the car but within weeks things started to go wrong. We took it into Mark Lilly and they diagnosed a whole load of problems which would be fixed under the RAC cover we took out. Only I smelt a fish so took my car elsewhere and long behold after the terminals on the battery and the battery replaced problem solved. A few week later our A/C packed in so took it back to them they said there was nothing wrong with it and all it needed was a re-gas (without even looking at the car) so again took it to another garage and long behold a pipe was broke. My wife informed mark lilly of this and took the car in, she then went to collect the car and they had discovered more problems.......I told her to ask for the car back and take it back to the other garage as this seemed fishy also. Mark lilly then phoned to say the will fix the problem for the cost of the part £398. I stuck with my guns and the other garage who ordered in the volvo part and fitted it for £180. they are trying to fiddle the RAC or you for work that is not required.

Andy was very helpful, when I was buying a small car for my daughter. Despite not coming down much on price, the whole experience was an enjoyable one. Strangely for a car dealer I trust Andy. The car was very well prepared and good value. If they were not so far away 9one and a half hours drive I would buy from them again.
