Marlow 4x4 kept changing price of vehicle after negotiating poor customer service shocking.

A pity I cannot give Marlow 4x4 zero stars... these people are so bad. Bought a car with faulty mileage and a lot a malfunctions.. never again.. STAY AWAY please!

No trade on car because of over-heating, Said they'd scrap. On forecourt for £2, 4995. Trading standards and MoT will be interested. How many MOTs are valid from the family garage. Regulator and possibly police tomorrow.

Recently I bought a car from Marlow 4x4- which turned out to be a potential Death Trap. Defective steering rods, Perished suspensions, illegal tyres and many other things that could be lethal for me and fellow drivers on the road. All they said was - "get out of my shop"..."you broke the car yourself"....And they got dubious MOT as it clearly could not pass.....are we talking money under the table...Stay away from Marlow 4x4 or what ever they call themselves please .

We bought a range rover in October 2016 and it has just developed a fault with the EGR valve. over the past week we have tried to get this sorted with Marlow 4x4 but have been given the total run around. Jay claimed we bought the car trade as we negotiated a £300 discount as the car was due a service and the start stop button was broken. Tony asked us to get a price from the our local garage which we did, Hussain ask us to send it by whatspp so they could see it, but their mobile number isn't even on whatsapp. called a number of times today with the final straw being left on hold for 30 minutes which is yet another avoiding tactic. We will get the work done ourselves and then peruse Marlow 4x4 via the could under the Consumer Rights act of 2015 which gives us 6 months recourse on any faults on used cars bought from a dealer. Shame there are still people about like this, but thats why the law is there to protect us from dealers like this.

Garage never open, paid deposit, rang them on the day we had arranged to collect it, when I explained which car id come for he said " I thought you`d collected it weeks ago " they didn't even know which car I`d paid deposit for & they wouldn't even come down to the showroom & give me the car. Every excuse as "I`ve waited for you all afternoon , now the cars in the compound & I can`t get it out" these are lies. What he meant was the car was being used & it wasn`t available. DON`T TOUCH THESE.

The service which I got was outstanding. I have received answers for all the questions I had. Even the weird one which only I could ask. They normally close at 6pm but Jay stayed longer because I was running late to collect the car. I highly recommend this place to buy a car!! If you want a quality used car and the sort of personal service you get from a family business I highly recommend this dealership.

Still waiting for spare key! No logbook has arrived! Mr Hussain won't answer phone have to call withheld. No warranty has arrived! Do not buy from this seller! Will prob not see the key or warranty! Had 2 flat tyres and engine light indicator has now popped up!
