I bought a Mercedes from this dealership back in April and I am very disappointed. The car was not sold as described it had scratches on it and has had issues with the headlights. The service from them was not good and I would not use them again or recommend them at all.

Bought my first car from Marlow 4x4, VW Polo Both men were very friendly and welcoming. I've had no problems with the car - drives fantastically. Definitely recommend

Bought a car from Marlow 4x4 with a service book and mileage that were different on the gauge. They were not open at all for any kind of settlement/ compensation. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Marlow 4x4 were relatively good and for the most part the sale was hassle free. I'm still waiting for my log book after nearly 3 months and also a spare key, so based on that the after sales could definitely stand to improve.

I am really sorry you didn't receive your log book or the spare key. At the end of every week we post all the v5's to DVLA as we have at least 5 so we would of posted it out without fail. Also if we had a spare key we will supply that with the vehicle at the point of sale or if it followes at a later stage we will post it out to you. If you haven't received the log book you can call us and we will chase it up for you. Kind Regards Marlow 4x4
