Problems with car from day it was delivered. No response at all from Marshalls. And I mean no response. Would not come to calls, would not return calls. Ignores emails.

Purchase brand new Q7 in November, nothing but faults on the car! Wimbeldon Audi lied, denied issues, delayed for 10months giving us endless hassle, then went against what was agreed to rip us off. Andy Gull GM is lying scum!
I got a car from these guys on PCP 3 years ago, The person who sereved me (Michael Mosengo) was incometant to the extreme. He took my email address down wrong, so when he emailed me confirming the order he thought I wanted to place and I did not reply, he place the order anyway without checking and ordered the wrong colour! (grey instead of black). I was stuck and had to take it when it came as I had already given back the old car. The said they could get a black in but would take months and they would not honour the money off they were giving around the time of Covid if I went with a black. As a "good will" gesture they offered me a paltry £100 of extras... which I ordered and which never came. Honestly - do NOT go to these guys. Given my experience with them, I will not only never go to them again, I will never buy an Audi again. Finally got rid of the car this week and opted for BMW instead.

I live 5 minutes from Marshall’s in wimbledon the salesman was so unhelpful that I ended up ordering my car from another showroom where they were lovely.

My customer service experience at Audi Wimbledon was extremely negative. The representative who was supposed to assist me lacked basic customer service skills and was unhelpful throughout our interaction. Despite requesting to pay quickly and return to work, I was asked to wait and the representative eventually walked away while making negative remarks about me to her colleagues. This behaviour is unacceptable, and I will not return to Audi Wimbledon in the future. While the receptionist was very helpful and did her best to handle the situation appropriately, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the representative I dealt with.
This is the worst garage. They charge rip off prices compared to other garages. Shoddy workmanship. Am surprised anyone would use them.

Work was carried out on AC not working and problem with the Fuel actuator. I was told vehicle was fixed and ready for collection. I took the car home and at later stage it came to my attention that the fuel cap doesn’t open/close properly. Following day at 8:30am i brought the car back for them to rectify the issue. I was welcomed by Claire and showed her the problem. She said it is not possible now as technicians are busy. She also understood my frustration but after insisting and constant complaining, she said she will request a technician to have a look. Whilst under stress and frustration I slightly overstepped the counter and one of the staff named ‘Guss’ began really abusive and used foul language towards me. I was already in stress due to time waste and the car not been properly checked before it was given to me a day before. Claire said to go take a walk whilst technician looks at the car and upon asking how long will it take, she said few hours!!!! I was already under stress and now telling me to go for a walk for few hours!!! I asked if i can she can call a taxi so i can go home but they teamed up and did not help me. It seems like I was in a cowboy audi dealership! I have been verbally abused by Guss and received a careless customer service by Claire! - Incident was reported to the HeadOffice but do to GDPR they said they cannot reveal the outcome!! Avoid - avoid - Avoid

Went to Wimbledon Audi dealership twice to try and buy a car virtually impossible no contact back terrible service
Tried to view a car advertised online at Wimbledon Audi. We were Fobbed off for 2 weeks. Booked test drive eventually. Car was filthy. Salesman had booked another appointment so he was in a hurry. Said we were interested in the car and They said they would call us when they had it cleaned. They didn’t call and when we called they said they had sold it to someone else. Total waste of our time. Absolutely appalling service.

I booked my 2013 Audi A3 in for a major service at Wimbledon Audi in October 2017. Within this service I was told the spark plugs would be replaced. Mid way through 2018 the car started running poorly with terrible flat spots. I took my car in for a new service in a different garage and they told me the spark plugs were mis-firing. They removed the spark plugs and saw terrible corrosion and degradation plus corroded cable lines. These sparks plugs had not been replaced at all. I called Wimbledon Audi and spoke to the service centre manager David who sounded extremely rude and dismissive told me he 100% knows the spark plugs were replaced in October 2017, how does he know this if he did not do the work himself? This was clearly a lie or the spark plugs were faulty when replaced. Either way the garage refused to except liability so I have had to pay out for another set of spark plugs plus labour. This garage is terrible, I paid a lot of money for the major service which was clearly poorly conducted. Avoid these guys, they way too unprofessional. very sad.
