I called in at Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackburn and was directed to speak with Alawi Al-Haddad Sales Consultant. Alawi was very enthusiastic and attentive when showing and explaining the GLA car that I had come to look at. I arranged a test drive with Alawi in the GLA I was interested in. I left with all documents to look at. Unfortunately the car was not what I wanted, but if you are interested in a new Mercedes car go speak with Alawi at Marshall Blackburn.

Just to say that I found the experience of buying my new used car from Marshalls of Blackburn (Whitebirk) a very easy and friendly one, the sales person Alawi Al-Haddad was very professional and friendly and helped me with the sale and hand-over of my new car.

As per usual I was given a first class service and offer from the dealership. Alawi was very attentive and knowledgeable about the product. Always delighted to deal with Mercedes of Blackburn due to their professionalism.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Customer service is worst ever had.

Hi there just like to add on from my Last Review.Found Anthony your Sales Manager to be full of Lies and Excuses.Not only did he say I was making the Car go into Manual Mode. He reiterated what he said to me, also to Mercedes .Well the Car will be Inspected in a Couple of days. I will prove what Anthony said to be Lies and incorrect.Seriously how I can make the Shift Paddles move is beyond me and impossible.But Anthony knows best. Also I spoke with another Customer of Mercededes over Xmas.Who said they had visited your Garage in B,burn and also came across Anthony.They also said they did not like him or his attitude. Seems to me Anthony is getting a Reputation for himself. All your Customers can not be wrong.You should actually listen to your Customers.I will I get to the bottom of my Problem and Mercedes will either Resolve it or take the Car back.By the way I have drove 25 year old Japanese Cars which drive a lot better and far Smootger than this Merceedes A Class which is not a year old.If anybody reading this ,is thinking of buying a A Class Mercededes do not buy the Automatic Gear box.They have a Serious problem on them.Finally keep well away from the B.burn Dealership.Also my experience is once you have Purchased one. There After Sales / Customer Care is non existent.Regards Kevin
