Hi there just like to add on from my Last Review.Found Anthony your Sales Manager to be full of Lies and Excuses.Not only did he say I was making the Car go into Manual Mode. He reiterated what he said to me, also to Mercedes .Well the Car will be Inspected in a Couple of days. I will prove what Anthony said to be Lies and incorrect.Seriously how I can make the Shift Paddles move is beyond me and impossible.But Anthony knows best. Also I spoke with another Customer of Mercededes over Xmas.Who said they had visited your Garage in B,burn and also came across Anthony.They also said they did not like him or his attitude. Seems to me Anthony is getting a Reputation for himself. All your Customers can not be wrong.You should actually listen to your Customers.I will I get to the bottom of my Problem and Mercedes will either Resolve it or take the Car back.By the way I have drove 25 year old Japanese Cars which drive a lot better and far Smootger than this Merceedes A Class which is not a year old.If anybody reading this ,is thinking of buying a A Class Mercededes do not buy the Automatic Gear box.They have a Serious problem on them.Finally keep well away from the B.burn Dealership.Also my experience is once you have Purchased one. There After Sales / Customer Care is non existent.Regards Kevin

Don't use Marshall Mercedes in Blackburn if you are buying a used vehicle, they are selling damaged cars. I bought a vehicle and had it delivered, then took it to a garage and found out it was a damaged repaired car, parts were missing and repairs were done to the worst standard. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Great experience from order to delivery of vehicle. Salesperson at Mercedes kept me informed throughout the whole process. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle. He was polite, friendly and understood the needs of the vehicle. Overall experience was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and would definitely purchase from here again, and this is all thanks to the outstanding salesperson (Mr Ian Wilkinson). Not a negative thing to say about him.

When I went to view cars (used) at Mercedes Blackburn, was under no pressure from any salesman. Then asked for assistance to look at a car. Justin was very helpful not pushy. Took the car for a test drive had lots of time going through all the cars advantages. After agreeing a price the transition was very smooth Justin took care of all the paperwork and transferring the private number plates too. Very happy with the service. Have no trouble recommending them (Justin) to any one.

Dealt with Ian Wilkinson, I found his knowledge very high on all class of cars and was very helpful.

If you want to buy a car then speak to Justine at Blackburn he really does know everything you need to know about a Mercedes, he was knowledgable, humourous and explained everthying about the car thoroughly. The car is brilliant just like he said. We saw the car on the website at the dealership and week later driven out with a brand new car,.
