This place has gone down hill. I've been a customer of BMW Salisbury since it was Woods and this is the worst I have ever seen. What has happened in the last couple of years? Pretty much all the staff have gone, everyone looks like they are on edge of a breakdown. The only management I came across was speaking down about the staff whilst I was browsing. Once introduced tried to act like the same staff were like one happy family. Prices have rocketed and there was no intrest in negotiating, despite this being the 5th car I would of purchased with them. Its a given I took my business elsewhere.
Traveled to purchase a used car...it was presented very poorly and needed so much work doing to it. The dealers response was there was no point them doing the work as it may go to another dealer so they could sort the problems!!! What's happened to BMW used standards..they should check this dealership out. Agreeing things were poor but not putting them right unless you bought the car. Unbelievable!

I saw a car for sale and liked what I saw. I made an enquiry and was sent a video. The salesperson said that it has to have a few minor body and wheel blemishes repaired. Next day, the price had gone up by £400. I later mentioned this to the salesperson who did not respond. Because I did want to see/drive the car, I contacted him again, especially as the price had been reduced by £200. He said he would let me know when it was ready. Never heard a word from him. Today, the vehicle went up by £300 - £500 from the original price. This is not the way to treat customers. Buyers beware!!

I don't buy cars often but when I do, it's part of the fun to travel to the ends of the country to get what I want, and Marshalls BMW Salisbury is the furthest and most awkward yet. Worth it though, as I got a car of the type, age, mileage, spec, and colour I wanted at a very fair price. The sales exec, Robert Brodie, dealt well with all my queries by phone and email before we agreed the deal. I then had to work out how to get there, and he solved that by offering to pick us up at Bristol Airport, which was far above and beyond my expectation, and allowed us time to return home same day. A full day out, but a great chance to put the new car through its paces on the long drive home. I've bought several approved, used BMW's, and this one was prepared to the normal high standard. Rob's service was the best I have experienced.
