Unfortunately, after taking my full payment I was fobbed off about delivery and then discovered they had lied about the mileage. it was some 27% higher than advertised. I still haven't had a refund so am having to go through trading standards!
Young man called Will was more than helpful in finding the parts for my Volvo, In these days when people only go to work for the money this parts man went to a great deal of trouble to help me, I truly hope the Management at Marshalls realise what a expert in parts they employ
Bought a used Leon FR from Marshall seat Cambridge The salesman Chris went the extra mile to help me , Great customer service . highly recommend , Not like some Seat dealer who will remain nameless in bromley kent who made me wait 30 mins before saying hello.
Bought a car from here at nearly £10k, only supply a measly 3 months warranty, the collection was delayed for over a week due to alleged quality and safety checks then upon driving home it broke down, off the road for over a week causing considerable hassle and inconvenience with not even an apology or compensation from the branch/sales manager, best avoided

buy a car from marshall used car centre in cambridge if you want to be kept in the dark about progress of sales. You can pay over your monies via bank transfer, but NO ONE will or can tell you if the cash has gone through. Need to arrange insurance etc etc, before you pick it up and drive home, BUT despite asking and being reassured that some one will phone to let you know. there is a deathly silence. Look up management, your very close to losing a sale. And having to pay for the extra fittings added to the car..
I purchased an Audi A5 from this dealership in June. The car was delivered dirty so I had to pay to get it valeted and it also needed the wheels balancing. They sent me £100 pounds in compensation which was not nearly enough to cover the costs or make up for my time wasted. I would not use this dealership again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I have had a number of issues with this dealership the service was absolutely shocking. First they called us when were were on the way to collect the car to tall us that we couldn't collect it that day because they still needed to do final checks on it, Then they took ages to get the log book and tax refund paperwork to us. The customer service was shoddy and we felt that because we didn't buy a Jaguar from them we were just thrown to the bottom of the pile. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family I am very disappointed.
